Celso was now in a palace that had been set up on the planet. Pure obsidian like materials had been used to create the Black Palace, the seat of power from which he would rule. Troops marched through the palace and servants walked through carrying jars of wine and various foods. Today would be a day of celebration as it had been a hard eight years in the home dimension. But now Celso was in charge and he had plans to make sure things changed and continued to improve. Oh yes, big plans for the narrikians and how they would survive in the Mortal Dimension. This time they would not let themselves join at the hip to the Mechera. This was not right for them to join to the Mechera. So they would not join this time around and would retain their independence. Celso got an email, and answered it sending back instructions. After that he walked to his library and pulled out a book on Dominus Theory and Practices and began to read.
