Lucien as per orders from the Narrikian Government had been living on Tefillin for quite some time now. Going to where he could apply for citizenzhip Lucien determined it was about darn time he did so. Lucien also needed to acquire technology to build some devices he knew about. Good thing he had some of them in a locker on this planet in his apartment he had rented. The MWCA series 5 was good and all but it was too rare. Merciless would of course need to be rebuilt later. Fortunately he knew the Zarethians had the Technology, but all he needed to do was commandeer a factory for his own personal use or rent one. Clad in his nano mesh suit that he had recently modified with the compatibility tech to have holo-emitters so it could appear as normal clothes he was headed to apply. Lucien entered the building and waited. Once he had finished all the required things for Citizenship he then headed to the Zarethian Council building. Right now Lucien was wearing a black gi today without any tech in it. This was because of the security at the council. Lucien had compromised and worn his protection device instead of the nano mesh suit this time around. Hopefully that would be allowed.
