Created to keep OOC out of IC topics.
When you create an IC topic, create an OOC topic as well, of the same name.
However, only if a topic has battles. If it's only conversation or development to characters, then you wouldn't need to make a topic unless you want to.
However if a regular topic goes into a battle, or plot, then you will most likely need an OOC topic.
Things such as planning, and any comments or jokes you want, go here.
If the creator of the IC topic fails to make one, anyone may make one of that topic, if they have something to say about it.
As for arguments in battle? If something wasn't done correctly, or such?
The OOC topic is also for that. Discuss what's wrong, the outcome, and argue to death in it if you must. But ensure that it stays strictly in the OOC topic.
If an agreement is made and the person that was called out must change their post, then they are to modify it.
However this is only in the case of an argument on a battle outcome, such as the ship battles in the past and the full out war on what can and can't be done and should be counted.
In the case of godmodding, simply incorporate it into your post, a work around.
This also means, you should only have to modify if you're told to in the OOC discussion, if you made a typo, or if you want to word something better.
Once your post is entered, unless one of those reasons comes up, you should NOT change your mind of attack, and go modify it. As this only serves to annoy the poster under you and force them to change their post to match your change.
