It's even worse when you have dental cavities and abscesses. Because then the sinus pressure decides to press on the jaw and it's like owwww.  :(
Clariten is weak for me. I've been popping Sudafed PE and Mucinex Nose Spray. Only stuff that works. But godddd does the spray burn.
