I am hereby adopting Merricois and combining all my empires into one at the exact same moment. Besides that if the races I requested are approved, they along with the others involved in these empires will be the primary ones though anyone will be welcome to join. It will of course have the structure of a military command. Namely that there will be several generals who answer to 1 leader.

You cannot combine your empires unless they have a reason IC to be combined and do so.

She quit due to not being able to understand GE. 

As such the race is up for adoption as is the empire and I am claiming both.
