Um...Pedalos wasn't in command of the Dark...If anything, all he'd have would be a small cult...And the Lights have no jurisdiction in Dark lands, of which the Darks probably just hadn't noticed, with him being unable to do much to them until now. Trust me, they aren't stupid, and the Darks ARE NOT Evil. There are evil Darks, indeed, but that is basically the same way as there are evil humans. They wield Dark Magic. Doesn't make them evil.
