Biography Created by Negion when it was used like crazy first at it’s discovery and then later during a war between the users of it Cepheus was originally stupid. Learning from what he had seen in the combat of the Negion Users he decided that he would balance out those Negion users and put an end to the fight personally and so by using powers he didn’t even know he had he managed to take away the power of the Negion Users that were going to war against each other. Studying tomes and other things he managed to become stronger than he originally was. He doesn’t know much about empires though he understands the rest of the stuff easily enough to make him considered to be fairly intelligent. Seeing them fight with swords among other weapons he learned how to fight with a short sword and forged his own. Studying he learned how to command that power of his sword and his abilities. Splitting however the knowledge of Negion that everyone possessed into 2 sides he made it theoretically impossible for anyone to access the power that he had learned to access. He made the shifter so that he could deceive others into believing that he was a normal Negion User instead of an Incarnation.

Axe – A war axe made out of a special type of sapphire that has been enchanted to boost his Negion abilities to that of a level 5 mage so that he could handle them easily.
Equipment: Key – A key to a pocket dimension which contains display cases that contain weapons wielded by warriors who fought using Negion in the past.
Shifter – A jeweled wristband that allows him to shift into two forms when he needs to do it the most.

When in Knight Form :

When in Magic Form :
