Mind Tricks can work on him, if strong enough, as well as Darkside techniques, in fact anything. Explain the seals on his power.

1. He can't do defensive magic.
2. He can't do offensive.
3. he can only summon or resurrect.

Summoning is lvl 1, but I'm not sure if resurrecting is lvl 1.

Yes. I am getting to that. The Seals inhibit him from being level 4-5. He would be level 4-5 if not for the seals on his power. Duro however will rupture the seal and find a body suitable for Veritas and revive him.

No. It would be augmented by his own power thus causing the seals to rupture and release the power within him allowing him to do a revival if need be.

Yes, but his power would complete the magic and guide it to the seals causing them in turn to shatter allowing him to be level 4-5.
