Healing the Planet

Birds began to float over all the countries on the planet Earth. These were far from ordinary birds but rather birds made from magic but what kind of magic was it? As the birds flew over head the planet itself began to heal quickly from the nuclear radiation. Someone was healing the planet but who was it? The power was not coming from the planet and it was not coming from nearby the planet either, but a portal had opened over each country.

The birds met their end as the hundreds of copies of Legion attacked, this planet was going to heal naturally, even if it would get him re-killed.

Despite the attacks by Legion however the birds simply did not be destroyed. It was as if he was hitting thin air. An illusion was what he was hitting. He was doing more damage to the planet than good actually at this moment.

Real white ravens materialized and began spreading out using healing magic on the planet. Soon it would be inhabitable again. This was not a take over but a gift. Someone was speeding up the healing of the planet but for what reason?

And the ravens were attacked rather quickly.

The ravens quickly reformed after being attacked and fists of earth rose up out of the planet grabbing at each clone of Legion as if the earth itself did not like Legion being on it any longer.

The fists met a barrier and the ravens themselves began to be trapped inside small inverse barriers that were slowly shrinking.

However the job of the ravens had already been done. Grass was growing now as were trees. Humanity could have a fresh start now if they did it properly. The ravens allowed themselves to be destroyed and the stone fists stopped rising up.

And the magic was starting to be cleansed, humanity was nearly an extinct species and had ruined their chance to live on Earth. Legion was meant to keep the planet safe, so it could grow and enter another stage of evolution, for another species to grow and become the dominant life-form on the planet.
