Carefully, very very carefully, Kylexx began to use the force from earlier to push the katana and cross towards her. She was fast at the same time as she was slow but she was fast enough that the Keeper's didn't even have time to notice what she was doing until it was too late. By the time the katana and cross came to the shield, Kylexx used a different type of substance to burn a whole through the shield once again, to where it couldn't become immune. Once there was a decent hole, her fingers tightened out and small tendrils of wire shot from her fingers, laced around the objects, and pulled them through.

Once she had the objects in her hands, Kylexx disappeared.

The fact that she's miles away from the base, let alone the katana and the cross, made it pretty damn hard for her to get the items, with they way she's using. She can't even use a substance on something that's miles away, allowing the shields to successfully block the katana and the cross. The base itself would protect the shield from the wire.

Kylexx sighed as she leaned forwards on the balls of her feet and and the speed of light she was up against the shield, her hands flat against it as she burned holes in the side. She leapt backwards a little, eying the holes before she darted forward again and made them in different spots. She repeated this pattern, avoiding the Keepers this way and that and managing to create multiple holes in the shield; little by little Kylexx began to disappear and that's when you could see the powdery smoke darting through the holes. One well placed smack allowed the shield to weaken where multiple holes were at, creating a larger one. Kylexx quickly darted inside, lightning as to where she blurred. Again, she managed to dodge any action the Keepers made, if any. She was fast and she was avoiding and dodging the Keeper's advances.

Once she was inside, she slammed her foot slanted against the earth, then thrusted her hands upwards and pulled the earth with the same direction of her hands, guiding it this way and that as she placed it in front of the shield she was now on the other side of. This guarded the pathway at least for a while, or at least caused a distraction. Kylexx stepped back and then kicked the ground up again, creating another wall that she guided and placed right behind the other wall, though this time she laced it with ice and then turned around and danced fire around it; surprisingly the two opposing elements didn't cause any damage to one another.

Stepping back, Kylexx clapped her hands and slowly metal began to pull itself from the ground, molding together with some flame, and a metal wall appeared behind the other two walls. Kylexx placed her hands on the metal and slowly, a different kind of element melted into the metal, allowing it to be stronger and ten times more powerful than any normal metal, even stronger than the Keepers.

"Alrighty then." Kylexx said before she ran off.

She was able to get passed the shields, but that put her at risk of being infected. As Kylexx was busy placing walls, the Virus took the opportunity. It silently, but quickly, came behind her and slapped itself against her back, working its way into and around the body, looking for vital systems in Kylexx's body. It easily went passed the oils of the skin, and started to infect the individual skin cells. It broke through the barrier, infecting bone and muscle cells. It went in more and more, and started to infect her nervous system. At the same time, it began to work its way up to the brain, infecting the body on the way. As it infected, it produced more and more cells, and the rate increased exponentially.

"No!" the Elite Keeper telepathically yelled as she went passed the shields. Right after the virus got to Kylexx, the Elite Keepers emitted IAM, AP, AB, and AT fields.

As the Virus began to make it's way through her body, Kylexx froze, having just reached the katana and cross and having gotten them in her hands. She froze, standing absolutely still as she was being infected. Carefully, with slow and deliberate movements, she transported the katana and cross to Hikaru as she slowly crumbled to dust.

Due to the fact that Hikaru is in a different timeline that can't be normally accessed, Kylexx failed to teleport the katana and cross. The katana and the cross dropped to the floor, which the Virus brought back.

However, before the Virus could drag them back, Kylexx stepped on the items and decided that she was going to use the katana for now, along with whatever the cross did. She had regained her figure, though now she was grainy, see through, and ghost-like. She tucked the cross away inside her shirt and then swung the katana at the Virus; she was weak, but her body was slowly becoming immune to the Virus, eating it.

The katana and the cross already had the Virus all over it ever since Inari dropped them. Whatever made Kylexx become more resistant to the infection, the Virus got around it. After all, the Virus was extremely adaptive. The damage done by the katana has been made up from spontaneous reproduction. The Virus continued to try to infect her, whether it would make her turn completely to dust or the infection has been successful.

Kylexx melted to dust again, and the dust began to glow. A few feet away, another Kylexx appeared, shimmering and giving off a water effect.

The Virus kept the katana and cross away from Kylexx, while trying to infect her, going after her.

The Elite Keepers responded by going very close above the HQ. They understood what Kylexx was trying to say, but they still had doubts. They charged up their Saraton Energy beam cannons, for just in case something goes horribly wrong.

"Why don't you guys try and KILL the Virus?" Kylexx said, her voice scratchy, as it was lacking some of the elements. "It'd be better for everyone!" she cried as she glared at the Virus. "WHAT DO YOU WANT!?"

There wasn't time to normally explain, but it can be explained via a special way of telepathy. Instead of 'speaking' through telepathy, the messages come in packs, so it would seem like the recipient would 'remember' it. That's what the Elite Aralang did. "We can't risk it without destroying you, or exposing the virus to the environment. Yes, we are executing that process of trying to destroy it. Unfortunately, you would have to be included in this. You've been exposed to it." At that, the Elite Aralangs charged up a bit more, and both shot at one point. It formed into a bigger beam, and it was directed right at the HQ, right at where the virus is. The HQ would be able to stop this, but only for a very short amount of time.

At the same time, the virus was able to reach her brain and was able to respond to her. The response was "YOU!" It started to take over the brain and other vital organs and what's left, expecting it to form again.

As the Virus attempted to take over, another consciousness came to form and began to fight, literally, against the intruding substance. "I don't think so."

That was the Virus's problem... the strength's of the victims' minds. Superior minds would be able to stop the mental attacks on the person, but the physical part? That's a different story. The Virus took over the brain, and the insides of the brain. It then sent electrical signals to the bodies, forcing Kylexx to move. It then tried to find ways to break into the mind, trying to beat it.

The Saraton Energy penetrated deep into the HQ. It then went to where the Virus was, incinerating everything, it hoped. The shields surrounding the Virus quickly failed from the immense force, giving the Virus the chance to get out. Seeing that there was a way out, the Virus quickly went for it, bringing the katana and the cross with it like floating downstream, trying to escape. But then, the Saraton Energy incinerated everything. The katana and the cross barely managed to survive, but unfortunately, that would include the Garelang Virus.

The Garelang Virus took the opportunity and spread out through the entire HQ. The Elite Keepers kept a safe distance from it.

Kylexx's clone was slowly forced to act upon the Virus's will.

The real Kylexx, however, was perfectly free. "What the hell!"

The clone was eventually controlled by the Virus. Her eyes became red. What was missing of her is made up by the cells of the Virus. This made her look very bloody. It realized that magic won't work. The bloody IAM fields are preventing it. "Damn it!" she yelled to herself.

The Virus, after it took over the entire HQ, attempted to stop it the self-destruct sequence, hoping it would work. The infected clone went to the nearest exist out of the HQ, knowing what the Virus knew, ready to jump out if necessary.

Unfortunately, the Elite Keepers won't make that easy. They noticed something is happening with the HQ, and of course, if the HQ tried to stop the spread, and the entire thing is lighting up with a huge energy spike, something definitely is going on, and they want the Virus to stay in it. It used a tractor beam, and pushed the infected clone way back into the base.

Suddenly, the real Kylexx came out from the shadows, a pissed off look on her face as she glared at the clone she made. "Dammit." she said, her eyes reduced to slits as she glared at the clone that SHE made, that had been taken over. "What the hell?" she muttered, when she saw the color of the eyes.

Seeing that the real Kylexx came from the shadows, she would be inside the HQ, which is where the Virus infected plenty of. The infected clone looked at the real Kylexx and grinned with her with piercing red eyes. The Virus then attempted to take over the real Kylexx.

The Virus successfully shut down the self-destruct sequence.

Kylexx cocked her head to the side and raised an eyebrow as she watched her clone get taken over. Sadly, she couldn't retrieve the katana and the cross so she did another tactic.

Having been the apprentice of Hikaru and part of the said pink haired girl, Kylexx carried a little bit of Hikaru with her. Murmuring to herself, Kylexx summoned the katana and the cross and when she watched it float through the air, she did a purifying spell on them, cleansing them of the unwanted virus, the infection. "Purify!" she yelled as the incantation floated through her head; the cross and katana glowed a soft blue color before returning to normal. When that was finished, she did a sealing spell, sealing off the ability to infect the objects again. "Ha!" she cried when they landed in her open hands. "Got 'em!" she yelled, dancing around before disappearing with a POP!

The Virus has spread through the air. The infected clone realized what has happened. Being the clone of Kylexx, she should be able to do the same thing. Wait, the IAM field. If only... wait. The clone remembered the time when Hikaru said something about... using Spirit Energy to surround the magic. Would it work? A hell of a revolutionary idea. The infected clone focused, wrapping Spirit Energy around her soul. No time to lose. She murmured to herself. Right after the seal has been cast on the katana and the cross, they have been summoned back to the clone.

As soon as the two items went into the hands of the clone, the seal began to burn away the infect parts of the holding hands. In reaction, the clone dropped them. She looked at her hands to view the damage. Only the infected parts were burned away, but nothing else. She smiled and picked the two items up, ignoring any pain caused by the burning and slowly began to adapt to the seal, giving it the same characteristics as the hands holding it. The oils would surround the Virus itself, giving it some resistance to the seal. It would keep adapting to the seal as much as possible, so it can stay on it for the maximum amount of time. The Virus spread around the two objects again as soon as the resistance to seal has been enough.

The Virus left in the air spread around Kylexx and then at her, attempting to infect her. This gave the Elite Keepers some attention. Before the Virus could get to her, the Elite Keepers used a tractor beam on her, pulling away from the ever-increasing spread of the Virus. The two Elite Keepers then fired their Saraton Energy beams at the airborne Virus and destroyed it. This left the huge lump of the Virus in the Guardian HQ.

The Virus got the idea and started to become airborne and spread out into the air. This was at a very quick rate, too fast for the Elite Keepers to catch up, so the Elite Keepers have no choice, but to destroy the HQ. They charged up their Saraton Energy beams and fired at one point, making one big beam, the angle making it go straight for the HQ. Very quickly, much of the HQ became destroyed. The infected clone? It used Spirit Energy to protect herself. The magic replenished the Spirit Energy. The clone formed a small, but powerful barrier. It would hold against the Saraton Energy beams, but not for much longer.

Kylexx glared at the clone as she raised a hand, and being the sole creator of the clone, she terminated it by clenching her fist together in a tight ball, killing the clone's life immediately. The clone turned to dust and was blown away in the wind. The katana and cross was returned back to Kylexx, the spells re-enforced and now knocking out the rest of the virus as it flew towards her. Taking hold of the clean weapons, Kylexx disappeared, YET AGAIN, with the clean and purified weapons, her clone now lost in space.

Most of the HQ has been destroyed along with most of the Virus. The remaining parts contained the Virus, which has spread out everywhere, thanks to the fucking blast. This is what the Elite Keepers have feared. The Virus has a chance to spread out to everywhere. Several reinforcements arrived. Two more Elite Keepers, as well as an Elite Dreadnought came to the scene. The Elite Keepers focused on the dense parts of the Virus, while the Dreadnought charged up. Tens of thousands of Fighters, Gunships, and Beam Ships have been sent. They all shot at once, knowing that the Virus is adaptive. If done little-by-little, the Virus can adapt do it. One thing about Saraton Energy, it's the one thing the Virus can't adapt to. The intense heat of all the plasma concentrated from all of the ships quickly killed a lot of the Virus before it has time to significantly adapt to it. The Elite Dreadnought then fired, delivering one, big blow. A lot of damage at once. That's the best thing to do against something like this.

Kylexx watched from afar the scene play out before her, and she sighed. She always ended up messing things up. Great. With a shrug, she started to float away, in search of a refuge.
