Novierian technology goooo!!
Technology
Concentrator- an 'earpiece' that latches onto the side of a Novierian's head (When it's painfully obvious they don't have ears.) in which the main purpose of it is to serve as a secondary calculator for the Novierian's mind.
Teleporting: Any Novierian can tell you that they teleport stuff everyday. However, what they don't tell you is that they can't teleport organic things for their life (literally. It would end up being a huge heaping pile of flesh.). What the concentrator does for a Novierian in this department is allow them to teleport organic things in the organized fashion that is required when transferring them. A lot of Novierians still feel fear when teleporting themselves with this device, so they don't use it as often as they should.
Fighting and ESP: The concentrator isn't just for teleporting, it also allows a Novierian to use their ESP powers efficiently and are able to calculate even the most biggest numbers and comprehend them. If you see a Novierian with a concentrator, you could ask them where to aim your gun and they'll give you an exact angle, coordinates, the wind resistance against your shot and the distance that the shot will veer off course due to wind... It's really nifty to be honest.
Firearm- a 'gun' of sorts that only Novierians can operate: The gun itself cannot be reloaded normally, fired normally, or actually carried normally, but rather it's levitated by a Novierian. Many Novierians found it to be rather difficult to concentrate levitating a firearm (or multiple firearms for that matter.). That's where the concentrator comes in: It utilizes the Novierian's levitation ability and carries the firearm by itself and uses the user's thought process of when to fire, where, and the target. Because of this, the firearm doesn't even look like a gun, but rather a steel cylinder with a gun barrel at the end and a manufacturer's branding at the side.
How is it reloaded? Where does the ammo come from? Migaitt of course! All Novierians are connected to the black dwarf and can teleport pieces of metal from it anywhere. With this logic, the concentrator can literally utilize this and teleport in a piece of metal and shape it like a bullet to fire. Since the firearm is levitating, it can turn anywhere (even in a Novierian's blind spot.) and fire.
Finally, before you get too bored of this piece of technology, the final thing to mention is that a Novierian can levitate 5 firearms at a time.
Knuckler- Another special weapon that Novierians can use (others can use this as a regular knuckle, but they won't get the added effect.). The design for this is a bit odd considering that a Novierian only has two wide fingers, so humanoid wearers will find this to be a bit odd. What makes this so special is that the knuckler will add flames, ice, or lightning depending on what the knuckler is made from onto a Novierian's arm when worn. The knuckler takes advantage of the nerve endings that is on a Novierian's hands and takes ESP powers and forces them out, making the punch much more deadly.
A direct hit to other Novierians will prove to be just a hit with fire or lightning or something. However, if the fire/ice/lightning were to hit or to even graze a non-Novierian, they'll find out that they'll have some adverse effects about them, like their muscles getting weak or sometimes even paralysis.
(Seriously, saying that you don't feel the adverse effects in battle is just like saying that your character doesn't feel anything.)
Delta Shield- Talk to any Novierian about magic and they'll tell you about how unscientific or unreal it is. Nevertheless though, they can't deny the existence of it and, more importantly, their fear of it. Delta Shield is three pieces of technology that requires a Novierian to use. One must simply levitate them in a triangular shape and then the shield will activate. To be blunt, it protects against anything that has anything to do with magic... and living things. Even though Novierians have no idea what the hell magic comes from or how it's made, they simply assumed that magic had something to do with the user's soul or their influence with the planet's energy, or maybe they just command a magic energy inside them. Whatever it is, the delta shield negates these things by basically making an endless vacuum for anything that touches it into an alternate pocket dimension made possible by a Novierian's teleportation ability. Turns out the problem to one thing can be a solution to everything else.
Rune Walker- Okay, so whatever the hell natural selection went through to give Novierians 'peg leg' feet must have been quite confusing. You'll never see a Novierian complain about it, but they'll wish that they could run faster without stabbing the ground accidentally, causing them to trip (you'll be amazed at how many running competitions are failed on rainy days.). One frustrated Novierian scientist fed up with all the accidents decided to make 'flying boots' that could fit on a Novierian. Needless to say, he succeeded. Not only did it allow Novierians to fly all over the place without their levitation (Any Novierian will tell you how hard it is to levitate themselves. Seriously.) but it also allowed them to reach speeds unimaginable to their kind. Eventually rune walkers became the 'cars' for Novierians as well as their usual method of movement in battle.
Lambda Shield
A much bigger form of the Delta Shield, used usually for ship warfare to protect against oncoming attacks. However, unlike the Delta shield, it cannot be powered by a Novierian's ESP like so many others of their technology, so if a small ship were to use this, they'd need to use this sparingly, or they'd need to be near a Alpha ship.
ESP Cannons
More or less for ships as well: These cannons take advantage of a Novierian's ESP and allows energy shots that can pierce quite a lot of metals, causing a discharge of energy (explosion) once the shot has hit something it can't pierce through. The energy required for this is more than what a Novierian can provide on his own, so the ship's power is needed.

-Ships-
Makken Tevios
The mother of all Novierian ships, the Makken Tevios. To be blunt, the size of this ship is just huge. About the size of Earth's moon. This thing boasts firepower all around it and rarely has any weak points on it. If that doesn't make matters worse for their enemies, the thing can also launch Lambda shields on all sides in quick succession (Of course, without a alpha ship nearby they will quickly drain the ship of it's power.)
Alpha ship
All of the ships in the Novierian fleet can power themselves easily and can outlast a fight spanning for several months in human time. However, once the enemy brings in their best, the Novierians can't help but not run away. An external power source however is needed to provide more energy to surrounding ships for all of their technologies. An Alpha Ship is basically what I just mentioned: an external power source that provides energy to surrounding ships via ESP. How this is done is that the ship requires three Novierians to pilot it at the same time, as the ship makes use of their minds capable of ESP and amplifies that ability to transfer power to other ships. The power an Alpha ship gives to surrounding ships allows other ships to pull off lambda shield after lambda shield, never having to worry about enemy attacks.
The Alpha Ship can supply power to approximately 10 ships around it, unless said differently.
Stigmane
The average fighter of the Novierian fleet, it's true focus is raw firepower rather than outlasting the enemy. Missiles, weapons, energy attacks, even ESP cannons are all around this thing (and even explosives for suicide bombings). These can be made in quick succession and is recommended for battles that can't be fought through attrition.
Palitane
The ultimate defender of the Novierian fleet (That is, until they make something better than Lambda shields...) , the whole purpose of a Palitane is to defend, defend, defend, and defend some more. It may be small, but it can literally make a wall of lambda shields that's basically as large as a planet (Saturn sized anyone? Neptune?) allowing for the Novierian fleet to basically hide behind it. However, shields are known to break down through overpowering force, so if the size of shields is not needed, the Palitane can instead layer the shields for stronger hits against them. Having more than 1 Palitane in a fight is considered more than enough for a battle.
Snimane
For long distance battles, the snimane greatly excels at due to it's ability to basically teleport shots fired from nearby ships and it's own to opposing forces. It's enemies are recommended to have their shields on at all times, because their ability to detect goes far and wide.
