Hi, I'm Thunderscreamer. You may know me from undead rise. Anyway I'm new here and Zak told me to Introduce myself, but Id also like to say a few things.

1) I have been here for a week now and not 1 Admin had replyed to any of my posts. I looked at the list of members and found 1 listed as Administrator (and their name was Admn, wich is not very original and beside the point). Admn hasnt been on in nearly a year, and has made precisely 0 posts. I dont know if there are other admins with different titles, but this scares me. Either way they are not on very often, and I think we need a change. I am suggesting a new admin be instated.
Of our choices, there is one that sticks out to me: Zak. I am not saying this because I know him in real life, or that he is a good friend of mine. If you were ever a part of Undead Rise, you know Zak makes a good Admn. He is commonly active (more so on Shattered than Undead), understanding, openminded, somewhat strict in approval, and has a sense of humer. By sense of humer I mean he never gets offended by petty things such as jokes a user has made (with the possability of Dylans tireless profanity). Secondly Id say Xana, for he has somewhat simular traits. Then Fantacy, but it says retired so I dont think thats he'd want to). I have only seen a small portion of her posts and that may not be enough to judge her fairly, but 7 years is, so I say Zak (if that's alright with you Zak).

The admins are 'leaders,' they each lead a team in respective positions. Or did.. I don't know what it is right now, it's kinda mixed up.
It WAS, K2, Nisorin, Gaser, Orph, and I. K2 and Nisorin as Wiki Team Leaders, Gaser as Mediation but now Incognito. Orph as.... Himself, and I'm Moderation Leader.

For your suggestions, "Active, Understanding, Open Minded, and Somewhat Strict," (Humor isn't really needed.)
The reason you're putting me 'dead last,' is because I was 'somewhat strict,' on Orga ripping off Lovecraft, wow...

Also, you're being bias. Zak and XANA are your friends, you judge staff by qualifications, not because they're your friends.

If you have a society that has All Freedom, it is not good, due to anarchy. If you Have a society with No freedom, it is not good, due to repression. You are dangerously close to the repressive side of things. You aren't open minded enough, and sense of humor does tie in with understanding. If you don't allow comic relief in your life, you wont understand some of the subtle that many of us do (often without realizing it). Also we want someone who we can have fun with. Why would you ever want to be in a forum that you don't enjoy being a part of? It doesn't make sense. Tada! Sense of hummer matters, at least to me, and others who like having fun on the forum. It wasn't a rip off, it was inspired by. Someone could be nicknamed C'thulu! I've been nicknamed lobster-back, spider monkey, and Casper the friendly Ghost! Casper's copyrighted.

I honestly don'[t have a clue why your worrying about copyright violation. Are you making any money off of this site? Is Cthulu? Is this site visited by billions of people every second all over the world? There are no copyright issues on this sight, wow....

No, I am not Being Bias. The only 2 admins on Undead Rise are Zak and XANA (but on Undead Rise XANA's User name is Hiro Dark), and the site is better organized, easier to catch up on, and I actually got something approved in the first week! I judge Staff by qualification, and that's why I nominated Zak!

I'm sorry though. It was a bit harsh calling you out like that.

Oh and as an answer to you last question, no, we're not currently making money, but we ARE working on an anime, and it would kinda suck for us to have copyrighted characters in our anime, eh?

But besides the point, most of us take this RP pretty seriously. And I personally think it would be REALLY annoying for all my intense, well planned out characters to be forced to interact with a bunch of Master Chief, or, even worse, Arbiter ripoffs.

Oh, I forgot to say, welcome to the forum. I know your heart was in the right place when you made your points. I think you'll be valuable member here. Watch out for the Troll Mouse, Grunder's Glass beam, don't piss of Hikaru (the character) or Benjamin South, and you should get out okay.

Look, when I first got on here, Hik was great. The site was great. You had to maybe wait two days to get stuff approved at the worst.
Now, nobody is approving of anything. Most, if not all, staff are gone for the better part of the time and then don't even come back and approve. Gaser is gone for all I know. Orph doesn't come along very often, whether or not him being in Dakota. Hik doesn't approve of anything. I haven't seen Nisorin on here in a very long time, and K2 is retired.

All I'm saying is that at the very least there needs to be some secondary staffers. The ones who can pick up the slack of the others. Me, Unstellar, Hiro/Xana etc. Because as far as I've seen, nobody does anything. Real life comes first and all, but still.
And not only that, but it might be better to have new plot ideas added into the mix so that everybody's empires can be included. Not just the Relorians, Aralangs, Koty and Eli, etc.

You can make a plot without being staff... We didn't talk to each other and set everything up that's going right now, except maybe the tournament.
Current stuff? The ones involved talked to each other. You want a plot, go talk to the other people you want to create the plot with. THAT'S WHAT AN RP IS!
Collaborative story. Don't complain that you can't create a plot just because you aren't staff.

Well I'm sorry if not being able to be in the main story of the RP kind of bothers me, Hik. An RP is a collaborative story, but there is always a backbone to it. And as far as I can see, that backbone is all the staff's stuff.

There is no main story.. The Sage Three, Koty and crap, may be older characters and the most powerful, but they're not main. No one's main in an RP where everyone's free to add to the story.

In case you haven't noticed, most if not everyone consider that the main story line. And then we can't get into that. Our crap? Its not in the spotlight. Its not even visible compared to Hikaru, and Koty and crap.

I agree with Zak on most of this. I propose sending an Admin a PM suggesting Zak to be promoted. Whenever they get back on they will see it. They may ask a question about it, but its all good.

And anyway I was wondering why you have all these limits on charicters, but no limits on empires! You could make 25 nations in a day!

It's to keep people like Hawkeye from making a thousand crash dummies with billboard personalities, clones of his other characters, and tools of battle only.
People need to learn how to develop and keep alive a character, but he uses them as tools. Limit the amount of characters, and you have less crash dummies running around.

anyway, Zak, I think asking the Admns to promote you would be more likely to get you promoted than doing nothing
