Just for the sake of clarifacation, The Valifan and the Ephlangar are the two factions of the Heliphlex. The Ephlangar are the more magic orientated uptight branch.
Velifan Technology
Gravitational Pocket Manipulation
The Velifan have developed a basic technology that allows them to create and manipulate pockets of random gravity. This technology is used for situations such as elevators, and for establishing themselves in places with to little or to much gravity. They are able to control where it lets off and where it goes to. You could theoretically make a roller coaster that flows through the boundaries of but one manipulated pocket. They are very versatile. they are also used by the Ephlangar.
Liquid Organization Shields
A very simple kind of shield that is designed to keep certain liquids from mixing. This greatly helps and in nutrition centers, research facilities, and SMR magazines. You have to be careful though, because many liquids will just pass through it, and so will anything that's gas, solid, or plasma.
Single Ballistics Bomber
A small ship with a large missile launcher on the back. The missiles have a natural targeting system that can be controlled by the pilot. They are pretty effective when taking on fleets of small ships such as fighters and fighter-bombers. They were not used for very much time, and few were produced. They have now been replaced with the triple ballistic bomber. The only advantage that this has over its successor, is that it has the ability for atmospheric flight, but if you saw it practicing this feature, you may not consider it an advantage. Usually has two pilots, one controls gravity pocket guns that shoot a gravity pocket out to refract enemy firepower.
Triple Ballistics Bomber
This bomber is basically the same as the the Single Ballistics Bomber, but it has a few key differences. This one is built geometrically more triangular, and supports three of the mass missile launchers. Keep in mind that there is no up or down in space, and these take advantage of that. More weaponry may be placed on the ship without making it any less versatile. it also has no fins for atmospheric flight. It has a crew of 2-6 pilots. It also has gravity pocket guns.
SMR (Sodium Missile Rifle)
The SMR is a 5 foot long sniper rifle. It has a computerized scope that allows for maximum versatility when sniping. The gun is very quiet on its own, but silencers may be attached for maximum stealth. The missiles it shoots are also very hard to track, when judging the direction which it came from. it also has an expendable, yet very sturdy stock.
The missiles that this gun shoots are not actually missiles, but four inch long (and at the thickest a single inch thick) sliver of an unstable, explosive element called sodium. Just to clear things up, no this is not table salt. This is the soft, unflammable metal that combusts when it comes into contact with water. When the missile (witch intact is more like a bullet) hits the blood of a living organism, it will explode in a greenish yellow flame. You may also be hurt if you are standing to close to the victim.
Extreme care is taken to make sure the weapon is safe for the wielder. The inside of the barrel is lased with holes leading to empty compartments that will absorb some of the shock of the weapon going off, or an involuntary explosion inside the barrel. this also helps quiet the gun down a bit. The mags contain ten of these but it is also filled with oil to avoid contact with water. A liquid organization shield keeps any of the oil from getting inside the actual barrel. This not only helps the bullet explode when it penetrates an unsuspecting individual, it also helps protect the sniper from oil fire in case of an accident. Oil may be recycled by being used to start a fire.
These weapons are very expensive, and only made by the military. Magazines are almost always turned in to be recycled, and loosing a mag could mean your weapon being taken away by a superior officer.
This is the only weapon I have actually researched before creating. be amazed!
