The Threatening Three
« on: January 16, 2010, 03:24:26 PM »
Name: Shade
Age: 50
Race: Other-dimensional Human
Alliance: Masks
Biography: Shade is the legendary leader of the Masks. He's only been seen once in 10 years and the person never lived to tell the tale. To every member, he has earned an impossible respect and is hard as nails. Your stereotypical badass stealth operation leader.

But there's a side of him no one's seen. So many nights he's cried himself to sleep. He feels worthless. He feels hatred and so much sorrow. Trapped in another dimension, he doesn't know where his family is, if they're even alive. Did his son enter the Masks? Is he married? Am I a grandfather? Will my wife ever forgive me? Can I ever get home? Will they find us? Can I lead this group home? His very soul mourns to learn these questions. Which is why every day he hunts for the way home. Although he leads his men as a fearless killer, he's actually a terrible coward. He wants to go home. He doesn't want to die in a foreign dimension.

Despite this, he's still a highly trained killing machine and is one of the Masks elite "Threatening Three".
Weapons: Dart gun small enough to conceal in his coat, elite fighting style. Carries several compact detonation explosives, too.
Equipment: Black Steam belt, stealth gear, Tourviem mask.
Magic Level: 0
Force Level: none
Appearance:

Mask:

Minus strap.

Name: Krutch
Age: 39
Race: Other-dimensional Human
Alliance: Masks
Biography: He went in as a young, promising new mask member with some new concepts. The battle was his first as a member of the Masks, and that's when they got sent through dimensions. The new dimension... did things to him, made him a little off. He's been spotted more then any other mask member, but he just screams and escapes. No one knows why he snapped. They think he's just trying to cope, trying to be strong. But that's not true.

The truth is, before he left, he promised his new wife he'd come back. An awfully corny promise, yes, but one he intended to keep. But for the past 10 years it's been tearing him up that he broke his promise. He believes the she's already moved on, that it's too late for him. This gives him a reckless attitude because he just doesn't care what happens to him. This recklessness earned him the spot as one of the Masks "Threatening Three." Along the way, he has also discovered some spell books. It was an awful strain, but he is now the only Mask who can use magic.

Weapons: Dart gun about the size of your average sub machine gun, that he carries on a strap, "Norman's book of spells", elite fighting style.

Nobody at home is waiting for him, he has nothing to live for. He utilizes an unconventional bladed weapon with brilliant effectiveness, earning him a spot as the third of the "Threatening Three".

Someone's been watching too much Zorro...
And wtf is up with the fascination of the number 3 for everyone?
Either way, approved.

Two characters a week limit. Please choose a character that will wait until next week.

*glares at Hik and K2*
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

Actually they were inspired by Kill Bill. Hence, Quentin Tarantino being Krutch.

I'll let Cartel wait till next week.

You'd have to get my approval for that, and get past the Archive that are already there.
