My suggestion?
That members cannot and will not post in the request topics of others. At all. We don't look professional and it makes it seem like we allow our members to trample over us. Shattered Planes is a professional and well organized forum and by allowing members to post in other people's request topics makes us look bad. If a member notices something that is wrong with the character and the staff has missed it, then THEY CAN PM A STAFF MEMBER, and if they are too lazy to do that then they can forever hold their peace. Otherwise, effing PM a damn staff, it isn't that fucking hard.
All this does is make us look bad. How are we professional and organized when members post "Oh, they shouldn't have that" "that shouldn't be allowed" etc? Staff members are what approve or disapprove a character and if a member has any influence in that then that's not bad, no. It's the fact that they post in the topic and make it look all unorganized, gaudy, and makes us look like amateurs.
If a member notices something different then PM, and if the staff agrees with it then they can post and NOT GIVE AWAY THE NAME TO THE MEMBER, because then all that would do is get people pissed off at other members and then it'll cause metagaming.
I noticed this because of Hawkeye's arrogant and cocky attitude when Stellar only had one approval. It gets annoying with him, it's old, it's unprofessional, and it makes us look like a democracy and we all know what happens when we're that. Shit goes to hell. This forum is in chaos as it is, we need to put a better leash on our memberbase, otherwise all we will have in the future are the same damn people roleplaying on this site.
