Recent acts of terrorism on Zed and Shuma left the factory no choice. It sent a transmission to the Governor.

The recording authorizing the increasing of the defenses by Addler himself was sent to the governor, which overruled him. Then a squad was prepared to go up from the factory and begin using meteors and space trash to build SDPs. They would not deploy yet so that they did not offend the Zarethians.

Of course his decision only overruled Sora. Governor Hanson and Senator Decadea still needed to approve.

(meh I assumed that addler's position was more military than political, but he should've said the council approved the first time.)

The old SDPS were targeted. Fire from artillery shells would hit the old ones, completely obliterating them since they were after all so out dated. It seemed it would be time for a change and so a portal opened near Stariana. One of the newer more advanced SDPS was activated and brought through the portal to be near the planet. This one was more armored than the old ones and a bit larger too as it held more fighters, and more firepower even being mounted with saraton cannons. The factory itself was demolished, and built up made out of new more durable materials that could withstand more firepower and damages to it. Artillery grade armors were issued to every guard in the facility, along with the modifications that would allow their weapons to morph. Now the 2nd stage of the plans could begin and eventually the Narrikians for once could win. The SDPs began to activate a layered shield over the factory to defend it from attack should an attack occur.
it even began to build corvettes so that the SDPs could be reinforced with more than just what was normally in the factory. The corvettes once finished with the new schematics would be sent up to the Sdps, to dock there until they would be needed. One thing was for certain the Anrufe would have a much harder time invading this place than they did Shuma.
