Cop. Or was until he got fired. Now he is a BG operative.
Personality:
Before the serum Damien Miller was more kind and rational than he is now. The serum changed a lot about his personality just through one dose. First he has become colder and more efficient, less merciful than he would be if he had never taken the serum. He also has become more determined than he would be if he had not taken the serum and bolder as well.
Another change is that he has gained a never give up until I die attitude thanks to the changes the serum has made, this means that even if it is a lost cause and all other BG operatives are in jail or dead he will not give up until he himself dies, and will continue to fight. He also cares for Harrisia even though he will not admit it at the moment in time however. He is also resilient.

Biography:
Damien Miller was born to a father who was a soldier that had served under Rezick as a member of the EG, and a mother who was a poor person. His father had many problems however and suffered a lot from disease and stuff so when Damien was old enough he was sent to training. The training did not last as long as they could have hoped and he did not even pass basic training for the military preferring to improvise and not do things by the book. Kicked out of training he tried to join the cops.
The cops however did not like Damien. He was far too honest and strict, while they themselves had fallen victim to corruption at least in the Narrikian portion. So he could not get a job there either. One night a man approached him, a member of the BG, Xavier Tatius. Damien was hired by Xavier to be the test subject for their new biological super serum that would make them able basically to take out most of the problems of this dimension in one foul swoop with enhanced abilities now. Interested, Damien signed up.
The first three missions Damien was sent on were a success due to his unique tactics, and his proficiency with fire-arms and his reflexes. If only he were stronger and faster mused Victor who decided that Damien would make the perfect test subject for the serum with a bit more conditioning. So he assigned Damien to lift weights, and go on a diet for a while to improve his muscle tone. Once he had improved enough Victor decided to step up his time table and so gave Damien the serum covertly. The serum would give Damien more than his share of physical and combat capabilities with the addition of abilities he should not normally have. Now he has been deployed on the field once more this time as the BG?s enforcer. However to control him Victor had Harrisia start dating him in case he became like an earth fiction character, the Hulk. Victor did not want that. So now Damien works, and tries to maintain a steady relationship while at the same time doing the dirty work of the BG.

Magic Level:
While he may be capable of magic, he frowns upon using it unless it is nesecarry, he is a level 4 on his best day, well level 4.75 to be exact on the magical scale. He views magic as making things too easy and only uses it if he has no other choice or if he wishes to practice some to improve.
Fears:
His fears are dishonorably being discharged, failing to save those he cares about and being a failure.
Interests:
A lot of interests are held by Damien Miller. One of those interests is to eventually leave the Black Guard without any legal repercussions. The second interest he has is in martial arts, as he studies everything he can find about martial arts. His third interest is to eventually become skilled enough to lead his own division in the BG of course.
Aspirations:
He has a great deal many of Aspirations. One of which is to become the best martial artist in shattered planes and rip the title from the Sage Three of the most powerful beings in the dimension. He also has an aspiration to find a way to no longer be hooked on the serum but to maintain the abilities that it has. Also he has a long term goal of taking over the whole of Shattered Planes and putting it under his rule.
