Out of nowhere ice began to spread across africa, but this was not ordinary ice per say but rather the ice of something that had thought long to be extinct throughout the galaxy that was now coming out in this place first and freezing things solid. It did not matter if it was a Negi or a human, both would be frozen by this ice which was more durable than normal ice. This ice was not from the current dimension. It was from a box that was placed strategically in one of the less populated buildings, the box of Eternal Winters was the one that had been placed inside this area.
