Im fairly certain that in SP, Space is not Time. Studying a spacial rip might give them insight as to how the universe works, but it would give them nothing as to how time works.

Space and time are so connected, I thought understanding space would make understanding time much more possible. Templar portal study would be there after they completely understand the rip, and understand more about how other rips could work.
