I still need to know how you mean by manipulating it, again, new members would be confused if you pull an attack on them and they don't know wtf you're talking about.

They have to be able to crossing between two different planes. Technologically or magically; doesn't matter.

Mhm, and some more advanced empires.
But the vVoid also throws a lot of things at them while they're in the Void. It isn't as simple as just poof and you're out.

I haven't thought that far ahead honestly, but the Void will have other beings in it. Void-Lords and shades are very prominent.

Even if the planes were crossed it'd still become Astral not energy.

I will approve on condition, you change the level. If you want Kal approved as a lvl6 ever then Jack can't be lvl6 and vice versa. One lvl 6 per person.
