The Lizara are engineered Lorcar that are made using the genetic sequencer, but are different from the Lorcar in that unlike the Lorcar these can be controlled. The Lizara possess the same psionic potential the Lorcar possess along with the other abilities. From doing research on online databases Silen has become able to create the Lizara using the genetic sequencer. Currently the Lizara look like Lizard Men or Women and have armored scales on their body. They also have bone claws they can extend from their bodies however and are capable of psionic and due to some experiments other means of manipulating forces.  On a scale of 1-10 on Psionics, the Lizara would rate the same as the Lorcar would but they aren't as mindless as the Lorcar happen to be.  The Lizara are sentient to a degree in that they understand unlike the Lorcar that not everyone happens to be food for them. Lizara would be about level 3 at manipulating forces without using Psionic abilities to do so. This means while they are generic they are capable of basic things, like fire-balls, lightning, teleportation or other similar feats as well. Cold is one of the few things that can paralyze them as they are a warm blooded race and have been made that way on purpose by Silen. They look somewhat like the Lorcar, but are different enough so DNA scanners would not pick them up. They also have the abilities of the gecko and the chameleon from Earth as well.

Arright, got a few problems with this:

1.First off, I don't think you have any Lorcar DNA to compare this to. A DNA sequencer is well and good, er, I guess, but its not like its some kind magic Lorcar making machine...
2.Tying in with the above, I doubt there would be much public information on the Lorcar. Well, there WOULD, but nothing on their DNA or any other classified stuff like that.
3.You'd need to be more specific about psychic power.  Lorcar are VERY varied in psychic ability, and hell, some don't have any at all.
4.Lorcar ARE sentient. They attack other empires in part because they think differently from us and in part because they believe all other races are threats to their continued survival. They also figure that they shouldn't waste a potential meal, which is why they devour their foes.
5.If they're Lorcar, of a sort, and look similar to Lorcar. . .They wouldn't look even vaguely reptilian. Lorcar are insects.
