He stood up, and laid his hand on her shoulder. "I do not want anymore deaths from this. Zere doesnt know you, and I would like to keep it that way."

He brings his hand back down. "If something happens to me, you will take my place" he tries to lighten up a bit. "Oh, and Amy?" He tosses her a poker chip.

"Tell Aki that I have to miss poker night. Take my seat would you?" He smiles as the HIRU protection detail filed back into the room.
