OOC: Not an automatic win, its allowing your last action to go through. However, this isn't continueing the invasion its a direct respondce to the actions of your three-day rule post, and a retreat...

OOC: Actually Swift, he can do that. Three day rule is auto-win in that post, as far as I understand it, but he can still respond a certain way. What is in that post you made he may not argue with whatsoever, but he may still respond to it in his own fashion.
However, I find it fishy that he can create an AM field that encircles a planet and the vessel in one post.

OOC: I have never liked how insant AM fields are, but I have been told off numerous times that they are instant and can cover a a whole planet... Hell, I think fields are the wrong name, its more of an AM state... don't complain to me, someone else made the mechanics clear.

Due to the fact that the ship was speeding away at a speed faster than light, and was also the source of the AM field, the AM field was also leaving faster than the speed of light, and all the magical beings on board the deteriorating ship were free to use their magic at will once more.

OOC: that sounds logical. Also, that goes contry to what hikaru has told me about not taking RL stuff into consideration. If I waited for you to get situated, then I'm metagaming. K2 himself attacked me while I was still trying to get situated. The attack happed, the result fo three-day rule would make more sense in-charater that you caused them to retreat.

Also, the thread just got unlocked. Its not that I want to gridelock your charaters or anything. I;ve been making an effort to get to the library so you can RP. No one unlocked the thread after Nik and me came to a comprimise.

To put simply, three-day rule doesn't conventely get rid of all of my other posts. As her planet would still be very, very damage, and the spot of vegitation based on my other posts would be an exeption not the rule to what the planets like now.
