Honestly, I grew up around potheads, they don't do it because they get a kick of doing it illegally the ones who move onto the hard stuff, would have moved on anyway. The fact remains, the actual side-effect is lack of ambition, the potheads who chose to do it, lacking that anyway. The main issue right now, is the over scare tactics with pot, have misinformed four generation about marijuana and then made then less wary about the real hard stuff because they felt lied to about pot.
