Apparently mine is not satisfactory for Cap so im leaving it to a staff vote.
In three days time regardless of who has voted the side with the most votes wins and sets precedent.

Cap has a point. Regardless of IC reason, he only did it to help an OOC friend.

IC reasons would be fine but he came up with an IC reason AFTER he was called out, not before. And he gave a stupid reason and didn't even have her on the planet to begin with to backup his IC reason.

I've made it very clear to Cap that a back and forth situation is not working.
You asked for my opinion on the matter, when it did not suit Cap he decided to contest said opinion.
I am now leaving it to the staff to decide.
