It had started with the Anrufe, destroying the nearby planet of Karu. The debris from that world had impacted the planet Reversal, destroying it as well. So now, New Citadel was faced with having the debris from two nearby, destroyed planets, colliding into it at high velocity. Waves of debris were flying towards New Citadel, threatening to destroy it.
