Name: KC Mirei
Age: 15
Race: Aqua Elemental
Alliance: To himself
Biography: A young Aqua Elemental that enjoys peaceful islander life and doesn't give a care about what others fight over just as long as they don't involve him. If they involve him into the fight by disrupting his home. He use his Water Elemental abilities to kick them off his island. 
Weapons: Bladed Spear for hunting fish can be swung or thrown
Equipment: None
Magic Level: 1 (Water Element)
Force Level: 0
Appearance: A humanoid with a blue gel like skin(similar to Chaos from Sonic Adventure) in a causal beach outfit of swimshorts and maybe a t-shirt.

Abilities:
Oxybubble: He can't drown when underwater so he could even live underwater if he didn't like the sand of the beach
Stretchy: The skin allows him to stretch his limbs at will allowing him to deliver a powerful punch or a kick.
Water Control: He can use the water around him to attack opponents
Swift Swim: Underwater he's fast on land he's normal speed

The Elementals are mine...So I can give permission for you to make him. Though that really isn't what they look like, but of well. XP

So instead of saying he is an aqua elemental should I give him a different race to seperate him from others...

You dont HAVE to...They are masters of water, so maybe he'd have just wanted to turn himself into water. Not a big deal, really.

It would be nice if you edited the appearance to give more details though. Hair? Eyes? Facial features (beard, mustache, scars, etc) normally visible birthmarks? Anything that could be useful in the reader visualizing the character.

Well, since from what I infer he's a liquid, Im not sure he'd have anything like that(though it is his character).
