Empire Description:Created by Hikaru, this group was originally created to be used as a means to rival the Anrufe at the time. Joined with Koty, it seemed to be even, until things happened, and Zharael was disbanded, all of the members going their seperate ways.
With the return of Hikaru, however. The group is to be re-made into an empire of sorts. An Oligarchy, as she has enlisted the help of others to rule beside. Only people that can prove their strength and.... loyalty can be a part of this empire.
