The Body Is Shed

At last.
At last everything was about to take foot. The Anrufe was, well. Who knew what was happening to the Anrufe? A few of the planets were disappearing. Others were being destroyed. Most of the Anrufe certainly had no idea what was going on. So, it made sense that The General would teleport the three away. It made sense that the General would be afraid. But Assassin was not afraid. He was... Amused. That's why now, in a corridor of Fire Storm, the railing of the floor under his feet, the dark lights shining on him, that he began to laugh. He started to laugh a psychotic laugh very unlike the usually stoic figure.
And then he started to speak. Only... His voice was different now. Not the same deep voice that usually accompanied his words. No, this voice was different, and seemed to be genderless, a light pitch between a woman's voice and a male child's. Crisp and old, like an elderly woman, only not so feminine. It spoke with dark malice in its tone. And as it spoke, two things would become evident to everyone here -- the Vionnix Black Legion soldiers. The General. Kurai.
One. This was not actually Assassin standing before them.
Two. Whoever this was, he was one of the strongest enemies that the Planes had seen in a long, long time.
"Yes," it spoke, "Yes indeed."
Cracks started to spread through Assassin's hard white clay-like skin, as if his entire body was starting to shatter. The pink goo he used so often started to surround him as... Whoever this was continued speaking. His magic signature suddenly changed. It changed intensely. It grew... So much darker. And so much stronger. Holding its hands outstretched, it continued laughing as the air systems of the station started to grow more intense, causing a strange draft to flow in the room.
"At last... I'm free."
He was cut off by the sound of a hailing frequency trying to connect to the station as a fighter approached outside.

It became evident to The General quite quickly that this wasn't the person that he'd spoken to before, this wasn't the true Assassin and even though he couldn't see the magical signature of this person, he knew for a fact that they weren't weak at all. Unfortunately the General had a plan and it involved him being somewhat kind to the mortal realm but, even though he was incapable of showing emotion, he still wanted to be alive.

"Kurai, go, I'll find you later." He whispered and grabbed her shoulder, catapulting her through space to land in the control room of the Regicide, the Black Legion Titan.

The General himself decided to see what he could do. He turned to this new being and drew both of his Wavering Blades, the swords humming softly in the air as he watched.

"You, you are not something that should exist in this realm. This is not good and I shan't let you get any further." He murmured and then Warped forwards, appearing behind the being and slashing at his neck, hit or not and The General would vanish and appear just above him, dropping two grenades before he vanished to the Fire Storm control room.

"Only one idea left to me." He murmured and started to input rapid commands into the stations computers.

He set it up so that all of the AM, AP and AT fields would go up at the exact same time before, around three seconds after that, the entire station would go super-nova and hopefully annihilate this being. However, he set the Fields up to have a three second delay, enough time for him to escape but not enough for this new Assassin to know that he'd left.

So, sure enough, The General vanished elsewhere, he had no time to properly plot an area so he didn't know exactly where he was going to end up, and the entire station became a magic hostile zone. AM fields would prevent the use of magic and the AP and AT fields would stop the being from getting away. Then the station would detonate and hopefully, destroy this new enemy.

And was it so? Had this evil being been completely obliterated? Maybe. Who knew? For now, if this being was still alive, it wouldn't show itself, but instead let the General think it had succeeded in its efforts. And if it was dead, well, then the General had nothing to worry about. Right?
