"We're here..." The Divine said, after less than a hour's flight. "The land of Wind...Just try not to get thrown off, the place is full of hurricanes and tornadoes. We're heading into the desert, so I hope you dont hate sandstorms." As he said that, they entered a rainstorm that was above the land. Winged Wind Elementals flew about, creating small gusts to fling at each other with their arm-wings. Eclipse, just to prank them, used his to create a gust down onto them all, causing them to fall out of the sky until they could right themselves.

Zane "I hope whatever hit us earlier doesn't hit us again. " He seemed a bit enraged. "Now we just get ALL the enchantments made at once and then I use the gauntlets if they are still powerful enough. "

"Dont you worry about that, they'll be strong enough. Only question is, how about you?" He said. As they progressed, a few Wind adventurer knights tried to stop them, but even they were outmatched by the dragon's maneuvering capabilities. One of them managed to get on, though, and getting to them, he tried to attack the two!

"I am more than powerful enough." A wall of compacted air collided with the stowaway who was trying to knock them off the dragon. It cut the wings off of the guy and sent him plummeting to the ground but at the last moment Zane saved his life.

The wind was sliced in half, then brought around and sent back at Zane. "Gee, next time you fight a wind elemental, DONT USE WIND!"

Zane thought about a way to deal with the wind elementals and that would be to simply stop the wind for a moment. A bright flash of energy shot out of his hands and the wind suddenly stopped working for the elementals. It wasn't a seal but more of a distortion. An illusion convincing them that their powers no longer worked. "This will only last temporarily so we must hurry!"

It didn't work, however, as once they realized the could still fly, the illusion was broken; their wings wouldn't sustain their weight normally without their magic, and acted to allow them to control their direction more so than actually fly.

Zane manipulated the air currents in an attempt to speed up the dragon so that it would outrun those who used the air. He also materialized walls of fire behind them to slow down the air elementals.

OOC:You...Aren't very good against wind users, are you? XP

The Elementals merely redirected the winds created by Zane to take the oxygen away from the fire, thereby countering both actions.

"Visualize the area we need to go to witch doctor. My magic shall do the rest." He focused and a teleportation field spell that would allow the witch doctor's location in mind to simply teleport them and the dragon formed around them. Excluding all elementals besides the witch doctor of course.

"Good. The sooner the better." said Zane. His fists went up and storms formed shooting lightning at the wind elementals.

They didn't follow into the desert, as there were massive sandstorms. As they went further, even though they were miles above the ground, the sands buffeted them, and as the dragon went down, the sands grew more intense.

Once they arrived at their destination Zane told to witch doctor "I need your help." He smiled. "Once the items are re-enchanted then I can use them to blast the darkness back. "

"Yes...What of it? I know about that, so what do you need my heelp for, other than that?" The Divine said, confused. "Bah, anyways, this is the residence of the Sorceress, master of Wind. Be careful, she's always been a bit...Testy. I'll wait out here."
As they had gone near the building, it could be seen that she wasn't the nicest of beings; gales of wind came at them full force, without the elemental in sight.

The wind gales stopped coming at him as he used his magic to stop them from coming at him. He walked towards the building she was in holding the tome in one hand and a staff that looked like the breeze in his hands. He was ready for the sorceress. "Air Queen, come out. I wish to talk to you. "

"Hmph. Not bad, kid. And who'er you calling queen? We of the wind revel in our anarchy, with nothing to restrict us, free as our element itself." The being said, her claws sending another gust of wind, but not at Zane-rather, at the Divine, who had it blocked with Eclipse's tail. "Haven't I told you how much I hate that dragon, Witch Doctor?"
"Aha...We merely needed the ride, Sorceress. We weren't near a Gate."
"Whatever...So, considering your presence here, I assume its time?"
"Unfortunately so...Lets hope the kid here can destroy that beast this time. My bones are getting too old for this."
"Only because you let yourself get that way. And I thought you were always researching eternal life?"
"Judging by the way you haven't aged a day in these years, you've found it, haven't you?"
"Not me. The Alchemist."
"Ah...That old Light? Makes sense..."
"Its imperfect, but it works. Its only lasts so long, though, and it wont save you from a wound."
"Obvious enough. Well, we'd better get going."
"Not yet. You, kid...What makes you think you can stand up to that creature, that not even your father could destroy?"

Thinking on how to reply to the Sorceress Zane concentrated for a while. He came to a conclusion of how to make a reply. "My father didn't think that he could trust other sages but I trust them. I trust them enough to let them aid me and that is why I have come here to get your aid in destroying once and for all those creatures. The gem is about to go totally black which means the evil will be at full strength. I have learned to control the power inside the gauntlets. Before they broke when I had them I learned to control their power so once they are reformed I may engage the ancient evil. "

Maxima Deylin appeared katanas in both hands radiating her unique brand of magic and said "Is it time Master Zane? Is it time for us to fight as you told me that it would be?"

Zane "The time has come Maxima. Now I must unbind your swords so that you can access the powers that lie hidden within them. We need all the might we can use for this fight. " As he said this drums began to play and black fire formed in the air.

Maxima "Maybe later."

He said "Let us go. " Maxima "No. I shall stay here. I have plans of my own variety so you must go alone Zane. Get the gauntlets. I would talk to the Sorceress. "

It isn't as powerful as the one I wield but it should allow you to protect yourself against creatures of darkness. Also. " She removed an ear ring. 'If you ever need help merely break this but do it when the need is greatest for it will only summon me once to your aid Sorceress. '

Zane "Let us go. Witch Doctor. Put on the Amulet I gave you. "

He threw an amulet to the Sorceress "Always wear this until the beast is destroyed once and for all. "

"Screw pride, gimme!" The Divine said, putting on his amulet. "Im boubtful she's able to use that sword, though. She has talons, not hands, remember?"

The sword morphed from it's sword form into a spiked set of talon guards as if commanded to by Zane. "There. Use that if you wish. I am going. Maxima go forth into the galaxy and get us even more allies so that we may crush our enemies with the sheer power of our forces alone if the gauntlets fail us. "

"Yes my master." said Maxima before teleporting away.
