Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

Excalibur Super Capitol Clas Ship
These ships resemble swords at least to some degree in terms of the general design of the ship, however the weapons on the ship  donot resemble swords in any variety. They are 20 energy disc launchers, 10 turbo lasers in addition to 20 missile launchers  and  2 Ord Matter Cannons.

Ord Matter
This strange substance is a substance that once it hits any biological or artificial item  it is like acid as it begins to corrupt the object into a darker and more powerful version of whatever it is,  loyal to whoever controls the Ord Matter.  This substance is made from magic.

Mass Reduction Technology M.R.T.
This Technology enables people to walk on water, air, and unstable surfaces by making them light enough to perform the task.  It has the cost however  of draining the batteries of all technology on them so they usually don't use this sort of technology unless they absolutely have to utilize it.

Cestic Rune Swords
These swords are endowed with special magic that enable them to cut any nonbiological substances down to size.  Technology and magic included in the nonbiological category.

Dawn Energy
Veritas accidentally reached back in time but it only happened once and when he stopped, dawn energy became his to command. Utilizing this strange type of energy he powers most of the weapons that the  Orpen Tideus Empire has to offer.

Sonic Resonator
This device is shaped like a giant sonic cannon and once it is fired and hits a planet, it causes a massive tidal wave.  It has been discontinued for now since it is far too destructive to the galaxy itself.

is just some.

Dawn Energy is mine, Hawkeye, from during the Nyx period.

You'd need a method of containing the Ord Matter, otherwise it would simply convert the ammo casing, and spread about to the launcher, and eventually the whole ship.

MRT seems fine to me.

For the sword, what do you mean by 'cut down to size?'

If it's discontinued, why request the Resonator?

Being allies with an empire with a certain technology does not, in any way, mean that you can suddenly make your own versions of their tech, so Wormhole denied.

What's AntiLead?

Wormhole technology belongs to the Archive, so no for you.

Anti-lead is the anti version of lead. Basically more anti-matter, but Hawk doesn't understand the concept of anti-matter, so no go.

Sonic Resonator
These were designed originally for the purpose of sending Harmonics into the oceans to keep them from causing tidal waves but have been modified for utilization as weaponry that could decimate the worlds by causing them to flood.

Special Casing
This casing is made out of a substance that Ord Matter has no effect on, namely Enth Metal.

Cutting down to size means they can do a lot of damage in a short period of time to whatever they hit.

M.E.D.   Magic Extraction Discs  These discs when placed on the head of a victim drain magic for about 5 minutes from a person and transfer it into the device known as the reciever which in turn passes it to whoever holds it.

Reciever  This is slightly staff shaped with a Star Tip on the end and asorbs magic from the M.E.D.

Sound would not be able to cause an entire planet to flood.

Actually it would, just not in the way you expect.  See the Sonic Resonator would fire it's beam upward hitting a sattelite and causing it to fire a blast like the one fired down at a large body of water in turn causing the body of water to become a Tsunami.  If Several of these were used at once.....  the entire planet could be drowned.

You'd need hundreds of the satellites Hawkeye, and it is highly, highly doubtful you'll ever get any empire, friendly or not, to let you construct said satellites above their planets.

Any technologically advanced society would notice people building satellites in their orbit, and still it is fundamentally flawed sound cold not cause those things. Nor could it reach space, sounds requires matter to pass through. Space has none of that.

So far, the only thing I approve are MRT, MED, ord matter, special casing, and the sword. The ones I don't approve are the reasons already spoken.

Hell, any spacefaring civilization would notice you building satellites over their planets. And that's every empire on this board.

Not Pax, but they'd detect the magic signature of these people building the satellite easily.

They'd still see him building stuff above their planet, and they'd probably get pissed about it because he never said anything to them.
