You can only start off with two territories, and nice rip off of my Forge in the damn Library.
The world is a mess..and I just need to..rule it.

Hawk, really. Don't copy other people's work, unless you have permission to do so.

What are the races? Describe them.

Races
1.  Orpen Tideus
2.  Sage
3.  Force Sensitive
4.  Human
5.  Whatever other races join

As for the copying, I put that in so I could massproduce weapons quite easily.   As for the territory thing, I guess it could be part of one of the territories like a Moon or something.

You copied the Forge.

And you need to describe the list of races, and I need ALL races.

Someone else could choose to join his empire of a various race.

I mean the races being approved. Any additional ones joining the empire would be done IC.

Oh and all of them share a telepathic connection made with both the force and magic that allows them to sense their leader if he is alive, and protects them from weak mindbased attacks.

The Tideans and all who join the side of Duro  have a special spell woven over them using both the force and magic. It enables them to keep track of their leaders a nd also to lend all their power to their leader in small amounts.

I do not approve. There needs to be more detail regarding the Bond thing.
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

Fine.  Guess I can't do anything until I redo the entire Empire.

The Bond
An Ancient connection of both magic and the force that enables people to sense each other telepathically.  It has been refined by Veritas

Is that all it does?

It also provides protection against telepathic assaults  or any form of mental attack.

And how do AM fields affect it? You really need to go into more detail as far as what your tech does, Hawkeye. We're not going to be as, flexible, regarding incomplete tech requests as we were in the last GE.
