The RPT Device is essentially a ballistic weapon cannon, but it prevents from ballistic dodging or reflection by changing projectile location rapidly while not dampening speed until the projectile reaches the target.

The RPTD is able to teleport ALL of the bullets to the target? Eh. Kinda godmodding, if you ask me. It would make just one normal guy be able to give all of the surround enemies a head shot without even trying, and an army of these guys? Too overwhelming.

...That just gave me a idea for a character...Not for here, but in general. I think I'll call him 'Gamer' until I can think of proper one. XD

I already have two of them. They are Gaserlake and Leserlake. Of course, the only difference is that this device does it too fast, if it does every bullet.

No, I mean about headshots. The character would be a Gamer that gained possession of some superpower or another, and uses it to enhance accuracy and such, being able to thus score headshots all the time. Or maybe he/she'd have a Rip Van Wrinkle(I think thats the character's name from Helsing) style power to manipulate the bullet's direction or something...Either way, they'd be the best 'Gamer' in the ense that they'd always get Headshots. XD

Magic 2.0 Unit (M2U)
This is a revolutionary upgrade for magicians everywhere. This device emits low levels (safe) of a certain kind of radiation which slightly changes magic inside the body, as well as genetic data, to give it a new effect. This Magic 2.0 (simply referred to as 'Magic' or 'M2' if needed) bypasses basic AM and similar technologies employed by empires, and is unique in substance to Magic 1. M2 is not technological, the M2U is merely a means to cause one to produce M2 instead of M1 in a convenient matter. Genetically, children of M2 parents also will produce M2 instead of M1. A child of an M1 and M2 parent produces.. M 1/2.

M2 works by changing the process in which magic is produced inside the body. While it can be said that magic is produced from the energies of nature, be it chemical or physical reactions in the body or a spiritual process, and alters the production slightly so that magic can only be produced when an extra factor is present inside the body, code-named Fluid RBMJ-1, or known commonly as Zama.

Zama, following M2 Upgrade, is produced regularly in the body. Everytime magic is used, the body saves small portions of the magic which, when combined with basic vitamins of the body in a certain area of the body, forms Zama. M1 can also be combined with these vitamins to produce Zama, which is a process often used for M2 Upgrades. When Zama mixes with the magic production process, M2 can be produced within the body.

Zama also combines body fluids to achieve a sort of AAM effect. This AAM Effect, in addition to the differences between M2 and M1, allow for it to bypass AM and similar technologies.
This tech has been spread throughout most of Japae, especially the military, and to Ju as well.

You have no explanation, of what it really is. You just said it's altered magic that isn't magic enough to be AM Field negated, yet is magic....
WTF? You can't just alter magic and have it not magic. Isn't all forms of magic an alter of magic? Hell, you can't do this without knowing what the hell magic is or science-ifying it.
I had to go research every book in the library and explain exactly what it is, for Nihil to be different than magic.

This is vague, doesn't explain a damn thing, and wouldn't work without knowing exactly what magic is. If magic is existence like what was said before, then it will definitely not work. Seriously, this is Essence all over again.

A weapon against fields which must be deployed within the field in question. This device releases radiation which manipulates a field so that it only spreads a foot in diameter from its source.

TUS: That is a complex field. I would reckon for it to not be as large as the the other fields. And it doesn't know about the Aralangs' ways to travel from one universe to another, so how does that work?

FMR, the larger the radius, the less-powerful the field.

TUS: Depends how much power is applied to the field in the first place. And it closes the bridge between universes, hypothetically this would eliminate all forms of universal travel.

FMR: The larger the radius, the less amount of it there is per cubic-inch. In other words, it would become diluted as it spreads, or it would become weaker as it spreads. So, if it spreads too much, the field would gain back control.

TUS: It would require a lot more power than other fields in order to stop it.
