Biography:
A group of inventors called the Brain Trust took Dominic away from his family due to his strong power of intellect. Training him to use that intellect they taught him much about the inventions that he would one day build. Learning from them and secretly hacking into his brother's vital stats from a distance Dominic knew when his brother had died. By then he had completed in secret the Arch Angel Armor that he had been developing for quite some time so that he could go into battle for once.
However the armor exploded without him inside it and so he was forced to work on the design some more under their tutelage he managed to stabilize the core with Barridium, an experimental combination of elements from the periodic table. Knowing that his enemies would likely use chemical warfare against him he has installed filters of every variety into the suit even ones that keep Nanites from penetrating the suit.
Due to lack of power for the suit however he needed a way to power the suit and so he stole from Maxima's group an Experimental Magical Converter which he rigged into his battle suit. Calling himself Blade Wing he took to the skies in his winged exo skeleton and unleashed a salvo of laser blasts from the suit causing all of the brain trust to perish after he had gotten all their knowledge recorded into their computers.
He has shown an interest in ancient technology especially that of the Starclan and thus by using his talents at computer breaks in and stuff has managed to gain a copy of the Star Map that leads to the Junk Yard which he believes due to rumours to hold their tech.
Next Dominic built for himself a PDA which would store the combined knowledge of all of those inventors so that he could put it to his own use. Adding the magic converter weakened him to level 4 magic when using the suit but it was well worth it. He also is searching though for a non magical power source for the suit other than it's Barillium core.
At times he is known to invent items and just abandon them wherever he leaves them. The ones he does are usually weapons or armor for less prosperous people. He is in short very wealthy having become a major arm's dealer for all empires. Forming an organization built on the scientific method and founded like a corporation with him as the owner and executive boss man Dominic has become quite popular throughout the galaxy even managing to take control of lesser known races who had access to technology that they didn't even understand.
His primary interest is in ancient technology and so he obtained through nefarious means a star map that will lead him to the Junk Yard which is a place rumuored to have all sorts of Star clan technology just lying there waiting to be used. Investing time in the process he made several hundred copies of the Arch Angel Armor and hired mercenaries to fill those suits as his shock troopers.
The armor would kill them instantly the moment they thought about using it against him as it was linked to their synapses which was quite a dangerous experiment. However by doing that he ensured their loyalty and even went so far as to build a PSI blocker which blocks attacks of telepaths into his mind and allows him to resist false realities. Installing this tech in every suit of Arch Angel Armor he decided that the armor would be mass produced and sold to everyone.
He would of course build his newer more powerful version later but still, the technology would be leaked. Inventing a newer more powerful armor he nicknamed it South Wind. It had every feature that the Arch Angel did combined with his jumpsuit's capabilities. He had eliminated the magic reducing quality of the Barridium by replacing it with something newer Avornium which amplified his power instead of weakening it.
Weapons: South Wind Armor. Laser Sword and laser pistol, some snaffle grenades. Due to having access to 100% of his brain he can fire lasers from his hand made from Cosmic Power. He can also project that energy into constructs which can serve as weapons or other useful tools such as clones of himself in full armor. The more he makes though the harder it is to concentrate.
Equipment: He has a jumpsuit made out of a white fabric that is as tough as steel. It has built into it several tools including a grapple hook, jet boots and an energy shield generator that he rigged up using the magical converter. Besides the jumpsuit providing him with some tools it also helps him access the other 95% of his brain power allowing him to use it to amplify his skills at inventing and allows him to give anything he uses a familiar signature that allows him to teleport instantly that item to his hand. Protector Helmet - A helmet made like those of knights from the past on earth it comes with a special device inside it that allows it to block out mental based attacks. Besides having that ability though it also in place of his jumpsuit allows him to tap into the 95% of his brain that is not used and put that power to his use. Head Washer Device - A device that creates a mist that washes his head. Drone Remote. - Allows him to control his drones. Laptop Computer + Zip Drive. He has a laptop computer that contains all the stuff he has been working on for the past decade along with copies of every weapon sell he has done to earth in exchange for gold and precious jewels and other valuable items.
Magic Level: 4 +1 if not wearing suits
Essence Level While not a master he has at least 30 techniques of Essence at his disposal although this power is rarely used as he prefers to use magic. He is level 4 at Essence.
Appearance:
He is tall and muscular due to all those inventions he built with his own two hands. He has a scar over his left eye due to a lab experiment gone wrong and is usually clad in a white jumpsuit that provides the added bonus of making his muscles bulge. He has blonde hair. He is about 5"1 but due to radiation all of his hair has fallen completely out of his head for some odd reason. Being hairless made him don a helmet at all times that protects his mind. However a device to give his head a wash has been installed atop the helmet.
