New First Characters

Name: Jonathan Talon  J.T.  Star.
Age: 1500 but appears to be 15.
Race:   StarClanner
Alliance:   Orpen Tideus (Ruler)
Biography:   Jonathan Talon Star was the Only other Star that Veritas found on his journey throughout the galaxy. In case of the death of  Veritas he would take charge of the Orpen Tideus if Duro also died.  That happened and so he came out of hiding to rule the Orpen Tideus.
Weapons:   Katana etched with mystic runes.  Magic Glove.   Sonic Collar (Artifact)    Shruikens,  Knives and a boomerang, Three bladed knife.
Equipment: Magic Cape.  Other than that, Nothing.
Magic Level: 5
Force Level: 5
Appearance:   He is usually clad in white body armor reinforced with Kevlar and other types of plating up to the neck and wears a mask that covers his face so no one knows what he truly looks like.  5?3  and has black hair,  a scar running from his shoulder down to his leg.  It actually contains a knife.   He wears a special cape that can make him invisible to people.   He also wears a crown that can fire energy blasts out of it at random.

I do not approve. Characters with level five magic AND level five Force ability are only permissible during certain extenuating circumstances, and even then only during Events.

I agree with Sirius, however you cannot use Magic AND Force simultaneously. In other words, you have to wait until any effects created through magic (webs, fire, etc) are gone before you can start using the Force, and vice versa.
