Dietranium materials and objects
« on: June 08, 2010, 10:03:28 PM »
Dietranium: A strong metallic mineral. When industriusly purefied and strengthened it has 8 times the tensil strength of steel at 3 times less weight. It is fused with regenerative magic when purefied. Because of this is is said to be the 'living metal'. It repairs itself over time. Found and sold by K'olar Industries owned by Zakary and Sara K'olar.

If this is aproved I will post my other parts which need the material approved beforehand.

What's the repair rate?
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

depending on the type of damage: 15 to 40% done within three hours. Unless of course the damage is absolutley massive in which case it would heal slower.

Can you put that into posts, rather than hours?

.. Yeah, sorry. Um... well it would take perhaps 4 posts for a minor to moderate wound... going up to perhaps 10 or so for a major wound. A really bad wound could take up to twenty.

Zakary, who is an Elemental and owner of a large corporation is the one who mins and refines the stuff. The Zarethians buy it from him.

Thor-Class Capitol: These rare capitol ships put into use by the Zarethian Navy, and produced by K'olar Industries. They make use of a rienforced outer layer of Dietranium. Two layers of two foot thick metal are very conductive of electricity, and using the mages inside them they can use the ships as electric battering rams against enemy shields. due to the durablilty they can often endure this several times before having to raise shields and fight with ranged weaponry. If they in fact breach the hull, then they can latch on to the enemy buy using 'teeth' made of extremely sharp dietranium. Then they can then pulse the electricity and disable the systems via oveloading the systems. Then they could send boarding troops over. They are also equiped with many pulse weapons and 8 nuclear missile silos.
