Koji's eyes sparkled, and the tears ceased. "Really?" His energy came back to him. He was no longer exhausted and he felt joy. He always wanted to be something better. He looked down at his feet sheepishly. "I've always know that I was different from everyone else...." he fiddled with his bow tie shyly. "Before you saved me, I was playing soccer with some of the kids down the street. I guess I kicked the ball harder then necessary, because...it caught on fire and went through the net." He closed his eyes, picturing the expressions on the kids faces; shocked, scared, amazed. Then he saw his father. His eyes snapped open and he took in a quivery breath. "Behind the goal was a river, and the ball was headed right towards it and, I don't know how I did it...all I did was reach out for it and thought, 'Don't go in the river!' And it stopped right as it was about to hit the water. It really floated in the air! Then I thought, 'Come back to me.' And it did." Koji looked up at Matry. "What am I?"
