The Warrior Humans
« on: June 27, 2010, 11:51:37 PM »
(All activities of the warrior humans on Xap should be put here, in one topic)

“May we live here?” asked twenty Warrior Humans in grungy pathetic looking outfits that had been torn many places. They had barely managed to avoid attacks by wild animals before they got the teleportation spell to Xap properly done. All of them looked tired and famished and none of them looked like they were well.

Most looked pathetic. All had one thing in common though and that was that they were poor looking and needed some food and a place to lay their heads. The women among them well at least some of them were going into labor. They had been raped by their captors before being liberated.

This was really a glamor as they had sensed the powerful magic being deployed on the planet.

((Powerful Magic was deployed.))

((Magical Signatures))

The warrior humans waited for a response. They had sensed the magic and teleported to the source of it after several attempts at opening a portal all of which had failed due to their physical condition.

The mobs had gotten somewhat industrious. There were many makeshift huts and buildings scattered across the landscape, and most of them were somewhat clothed, although not very modestly. The ones that saw them took them in, just under a hundred people came to their aid, providing food and drink to the ravaged people. The Imbellis used their magic to heal them, and the women flocked to help those in labor.

On the edge of giving birth to the babies the women who were in labor finally in one last grunt released the babies from themselves but were exhausted. The men that were hungry and tired ate and drank. The women not giving birth said to the Imbellis and to the Bellicus “We can help you set up a better structure here if you wish.” At that a few of the men though tired went outside and concentrated. Crystal buildings began to rise out of the ground as per their desire.

The women on the other hand looked at the clothing. Well the ones not holding babies anyway.
“We could help you make better garments.”

On the ground came the sounds of stamping metallic boots. They came closer, and closer, they were followed by the soft patter of six pairs of bare feet. Around the corner came Benjamin south, fully rested. He approached the humans. "And just what the hell are you doing?"

((Warrior Humans))

"We are trying to live here. And to help with the buildings here if we are allowed to." said the men.

The Women looked scared. They were all at least those who had them clutching their infants. "We teleported to the first location we could."

Benjamin crossed his arms. "How long do you plan on staying?"

"It will take us long to find a new world to settle on and even longer to wait for the children to grow up enough so that they won't require constant breast feeding." said one of the more smarter men. "We will be staying about 5 years. Give or take. As payment though.... We could help you as some of us are good with technology and could help you improve the planet's defenses. Also some of us are good at making clothing and so we can provide for you in that way while others are skilled at magic and could assist in magically fortifying the planet."

At that a portal to a pocket dimension full of tools opened. "We have tools, just none of the materials needed. No food either. "

"Benjamin!" An Imbellis woman can running up to him. "Have mercy on them, they are lost, and they need aid. Why can't they live here?" she asked. "They cannot be allowed to stay here any longer!" Benjamin shouted. "We remember what happened four years ago Benjamin. We know how you feel about humans." A Bellicus man said, boldly approaching him. Benjamin was a little indignant and getting angry. "This has nothing to do with that. If we allow them to stay, we could take the heat for their mistakes. They are being chased. They will lead the Anrufe to our door step!" There was gasp from the gathering crowd, but the man was unconvinced. "How do you know that?"

Benjamin glared at him. "I dreamed it. And I went to the temple. It foretold this. They must leave. Now." Benjamin turned to them Warrior Humans. "You must leave. Now." The Bellicus man ran to the temple to see if it was true.

Sighing the men said "Keep the women here and the children. At least they will be safe here hidden from those who would kill them and so the next generation would be assured to exist." At that all the men but not the women or children teleported away.

Benjamin shook his head. "They never allow a reply. Always teleporting do damn fast." He muttered, and looked at the women and new children. He scratched his chin. "You can stay. Until the children have grown old enough to defend yourself. But if the Anrufe, or any other threat comes to my planet, I WILL give you over to them." He threatened, and looked around at his people. They all looked so... Primitive. In leaf and vine roughly hand made clothing you expected them to speak a basic language and worship a stone statue. So fragile. Billions of people on an untamed planet, remembering advanced life but it being just out of their grasp. Benjamin stared at the few crystal buildings the Warrior Humans had made, and looked again at the Warrior Human women. "Thatis your home. I want you to live there, and there only, so I will always know where you're at."

With that, he turned, his six body guards following. He paused, and they paused with him. He turned his head. "You have fulfilled your duty, you can go to your homes now." The men left, and the people began to go about their business again.

An enterprizing woman who quickly took charge of the rest and of the small children said “We will obey. Should a threat come, well I doubt it could come as that is the purpose of the crystals namely that they form an early warning system to alert us and it will also send a magical pulse alerting our husbands wherever they are.”

The young children that were not babies before Benjamin could leave hugged him or at least they all tried to while the women looked at the others and knew what was about to occur. The magic here on this planet was far different from what they were used to themselves but adaptability would serve them well both now and in the future and so the women entered the houses and began to cook up feasts for everyone on the planet and to wrap them up in nice boxes and cast preservation spells on the food.

Some of the older women began to work on making robes for the boys for when they got old enough but they would not make weaponry for the boys or the babies, no that would be the task of the children when they grew up enough. 99% of the children were girls as there had been only one boy to survive the attack of that strange being.

An old warrior human who was blind had also remained behind but he was male as well. Long ago he had not been using his magic and soon he would perish but that was beside the point. He went over to one of the ones that had helped the women and said “You have done a great service to the Warrior Humans this day and so I will now do a service to you when you need me to, I will weave a barrier that I learned how to make around this entire planet blocking the Anrufe from coming here as I have been studying how to do that.”

OOC: Hawk, I'm impressed. You're getting the hang of things. However, when you say a feast for everyone on the planet, you're making food for 3 billion people. I don't think the buildings could even contain that much.

Groaning as they did what they had to do the women prepared training clothes for the children and took out books on magic and weapons and gave them to the children that were old enough telling them go practice.

A warrior human male arrived and delivered a semi truck with teleportation. It was full of canned foods, clothing and some weapons bought on earth. He teleported away after delivering the semi.

A crystal structure rose guided by the women this time to contain the supplies of the Semi Truck. Once they had finished unloading the Semi Truck they then teleported it into space.
