Technology of the new Grunder Industries

Portal Stone
A stone that has devices in it that allow for it to create portals. It also has magic on it that allows for it to create portals.

Volt Rifle
A rifle that is similar to a tazer, except it fires the electricity not through a chain but out as lightning instead.

GWTP Blocker
A generator that blocks a gate way teleportation vortex from happening as it is an unfamiliar spell. As such a normal AT field would be useless against it.

Durendal
A large battle cruiser of the titan variety. It has 50 Turbo Lasers, 30 Plasma Cannons, 20 bomb holes on it and it has the ability to turn invisible. It also has one other weapon namely a tube running out of the ship that is connected to a chamber onboard made entirely out of crystal. A magic user stands in there and puts their hand in a glove, they can focus their magic out through the tube to fight their enemies from within the ship.


Dawn
A ship made out of white light weight metal that is able to absorb energy. It has only 1 turbo laser on it and a cannon that uses the energy gathered into the metal by each blast so that the ship does not explode from absorbing too much energy. It is a capitol ship.

Snaffle Grenade
A grenade that once lobbed generates an electromagnetic pulse that causes all technology within 40 meters to instaneously fail unless they are shielded.

This is not allowed until someone that NPCs it (Lyoko or Gaser,) is on.
K2 sold a company he didn't own.
Things don't get sold that quick.
No one saw the kidnapping except the Aralangs, just the aftermath. You can't presume someone dead out of nowhere for being MIA in only a few hours. There'd be a grace period.
I may not be the best in law, but I know as much, that things would not happen that fast.

K2 is in the clear, because he's a criminal organization, and just lied to your characters basically, your fault for sucking at law and believing it.
But once someone that NPCs is able to look over the details IC, you owning it will be null. Not OOC, since K2 played fair. But IC, ....you really don't own it. You can't. You bought it from someone who didn't.

...You just got setup.
