Justin knew that being on the run would likely not be a good life and he also knew that one other Osmosian existed and that was what he would do. He would pass his leadership onto that Osmosian until he got out of jail and so with a flash of magic he teleported the true Arceis to his location.
“You must lead the Warrior Humans while I rot in jail. You will be in charge of many armies and with this you will be ready.†He handed the dimension key over to Arceis and the mark of eternity he sent to Stariana.
Weaving a glamour around Arceis to make him look and sound like he would Justin knew that this deception would work at least until he got out of Jail. He would surrender himself to the Aralangs. Before leaving Arceis he teleported him to the library on Stariana, the one where Ace wasn't.
Teleporting to a different part of Magimeta he sent out the magical equivalent of a transmission telling the Aralangs that he was turning himself in. He had no soldiers with him either.
