Biography: Who is the being known as XANAcore, the presence that has spanned many generations?
A wanderer, who comes and goes as he pleases, never leaving the same situation that he entered into.
A man with many shapes and forms, previously the ruler of the XANACorian Empire, currently a wanderer, who has set his eyes on his former glory.
But who is this man known as Shanghai, the one rumored to be the latest form of... that man who disappeared so long ago...?
He was born in Japae, on the anniversary of XANAcore's disappearance ((Like Hell I know what day that is. I'm just, you know... Making it up.)). He was removed from the Japaen society, instead living a life of solitude and isolation. After many years of meditation, arcane study, and mental training, he became a fairly competent mage, one as powerful as the lesser mages of the faded XC Empire.
However, his life was not to be just another footnote in the pages of history.
At the age of twenty-one ((Yes, I know that it's young for a mage, but come on, this guy's a reincarnation. A chosen one. Not THE chosen one, of course, but...)), powerful memories began awakening inside of him. Memories of past wars, which existed only in archives that have never seen the light of day. Memories of people and places that hadn't existed in his lifetime.
And with these memories came the realization of his true nature.
Casting off his name, he adopted the name "Shanghai," and chose the life of a wanderer. Something was calling him to reclaim the glory he never knew, yet possessed in lives past.
Weapons: Concealed knife, staff.
Equipment: None to speak of. Carries a staff, and... nothing more.
Magic Level: Technically, his body is filled with advanced (4) magic, however, his current form is capable only of 2. 3, if under extreme duress.
Appearance: Compared to the other world leaders, Shanghai is... unimpressive. An average man in appearance, his brown hair and average size do not stand out in a crowd.
Typically, he is dressed in the simple brown robes of a hermit. When he is leading his people, however, he takes the appearance of a warlord, and all the pimped out clothing that accompanies it.
