A midget huh? Haven't had one on here yet, I don't think. Approvified!
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

1.  Unlimited Canes of Sealing
2.  Having so much power is godmodding.

Those are 2 good reasons, but only if they apply to the THM.

Well, they are unlimited because he creates them through magic. And how is a four god modding?

That's exactly what I was thinking. Hawk has characters that are lvl 5, and I think he has one that is lvl 6.

If you have a valid reason for disapproval, explain it. Otherwise, the Top Hat Man is approved.

1.  Shouldn't his canes to some extent be limited as to how many he can summon and how much of their power he can use per battle? Well?

And my 2nd Reason
This character based on the fight between him and Abel vs the Anrufe is a major source of godmod level of power or at least to me it seems to be that way because of all the seals he is throwing out from his canes as if they were nothing.

The canes are just things he conjures with his magic and uses to 'aim' the seals. It's really not that big a deal Hawkeye.

Also, I seem to remember you doing much the same thing, as well as ignoring your character's injuries, casting extremely high powered spells in one post, etc.
