Additional Information: - Endwar's history is a long one. But let's start with how this name came about first. Hubert Endzer is someone who had always thought of war as 'a necessary but fun pass-time'. Having served in the German Lufftwaffe (Air Force), he had a pretty well-rooted idea of what war was-- as well as it's ongoing ensemble. Endzer eventually led himself to believe that he could market warfare, and set out to realize this idea. He had met a Somali man, Daniel Gantz, and had brainstormed with him over the course of 2 years. Daniel Gantz had a deep, rich history in warfare as well. A former Guerrilla, he knew everything there was to know pretaining to irregular warfare-- and was the best in the field on Earth.

Two years had passed. Endzer and Gantz were now in America. (Having saved enough to co-sign a lease for living quarters) New York City, New York, to be exact. The duo had no work due to the failing economy of the U.S. and thought about forming a free-enterprise to make some money. This corporation would be called 'ArmsTech', a company dedicated to the manufacturing of small-arms weapons at decent prices. Keeping everyone in the arms race loop.
ArmsTech had began creating grand profits, bringing in yearly grosses of 8 and (at times) 9 figures. Endzer and Gantz were now rich men-- with houses in every major nation, and currently residing somewhere in Orange County, CA. Their company was pretty famous as well-- rivaling only the American Defense Department in quality and quantity of weapons. ArmsTech posessed enough wealth to donate 'charity weapons'. Giving Earth's "little guys" the means to defend themselves from the more 'bullish' countries. This led to even more popularity, of course. The only nations that weren't on the ArmsTech bandwagon were Canada, Australia, Lithuania, Ireland (Free-State), and Japan. Eventually, the naysayer nations turned coats, and were on-track with ArmsTech.

ArmsTech was now the unrivaled, unquestioned weapons and technologies corporation on Earth. Of course, this kind of wealth began to be sought-out. Greed formed and festered in the hearts of many national leaders. Soon enough, Endzer and Gantz had realized they were in an ever-so-quickly-sinking pool of quicksand. The two were smart, however. They had retreated to South Africa-- being the most civilized out of the African collective territories. No one dared to bug South Africa-- or any African lands. Africans were a violent bunch-- now armed with Tier One Balistic Missiles. The other nations knew that if pressured enough, the Africans would press The Button-- taking everyone down with themselves.

ArmsTech claimed bankruptcy and bowed-out of the spotlight. Now, Endzer and Gantz were dealing out the back of an old Pick-up Ford Ranger, somewhere in Cape Town. This was enough to live on, but barely enough to afford any luxuries. Gantz didn't care much, (being born into middle to low-class conditions) whereas Endzer was a German-- a rich white boy. He had longed and brooded for ways to make money. Ironically, they couldn't afford the African luxuries that had developed. South Africa was now Tier Two-- using funds from sold techs that ArmsTech had given them out of charity. (Back-Door Techs) Gantz forged an idea-- sell in Somalia, where the extremists still wage military jihad. They were lacking heavily in weapons, (getting stomped by The State of Greater Isreal, Ethiopia, and the U.S.) and were suffering a lot of casualties. Endzer happily agreed-- making the prepartions to move to Somali temporarily to gain ca$h.

The Somalians weren't well-rooted in weapons transactions. Buying AK-47s at the equivalent of $500.00 USD, when the average price for a new AK was $196.00 on the black market. This caused Endzer and Gantz to accumulate enough funds to afford a decade of tip-top high-class South African luxuries. So once the daring duo returned, they'd done just that. Starting over. New friends, new contacts, a new life. Of course, this wasn't enough for Endzer-- he'd wanted more. He'd wanted what he'd had in ArmsTech-- riches, contracts, women-- all of it. The fame he didn't want-- he knew that fame led to issues, not money. He longed for the days that the American Defense Department blanged-up his phone line, or blew-up his e-mail, asking, pleading, begging, threatening even, for more techs.

"No, Hubert. Enough is enough. Our life is all right in Africa-- this is who we are now. We were TOO rich-- you know nobody can handle that much money." Those were the words of Gantz, Endzer's colleague.
"But you don't get it," Hubert retorted, on a cold night during a South African winter. "We're supposed to ensure that there is conflict happening. Have you forgotten what our ideals were in Germany and America?!"
"I have not, my friend. We should at least wait a little while longer before poking our heads out. The jihadists in Somalia-"
"We're not IN Somalia, fool! And secondly, the funds aren't enough to BUY South Africa, just to-"
"Live as decent high-class citizens for a decade. Why can you not be content with the highest class of a Tier Two country?"
"Because, that's not ALL there is! It's not the end!"
Gantz simply replied to Endzer's rant saying that it's best that they get used to this life-- at least for the remainder of the decade. Endzer began going insane-- he'd become a miser, pinching every penny as if he were one of New York City's many homeless folks. He eventually went on some 'Mr. Krabs' shit-- claiming that he can "talk to money", and that he heard his bills "demanding 'friends'" day n' night. Gantz had no choice but to turn his friend in to the South African Mental Health & Therapy Institute, after the night Endzer had tried to "marry his $100.00 bill." He had went into the kitchen while Gantz was asleep, grabbed a Chef's Cutting Knife, held it to his throat and said "if you turn me down, you won't have anyone to fall back on" to the same dollar bill. Apparently, "she had turned him down". That night, Gantz had to sleeper-hold Endzer to calm him down. The paramedics arrived and, strapping Endzer to a special strecher, securely transfered him to a standard hospital, where he had spent 2 days of being observed. Gantz had disclosed that incident that led Endzer here 2 days ago, then reccomended that Endzer be Admitted. "I just want him to...get better" he had said.

Not proud of what he did, Gantz spent the majority of his days alone, in his 6 bedroom 4 story home. He was conflicted, confused, depressed. Whenever he weren't in a total slump, he made sure to check-up on Endzer, at least once every day for 3 years. At times, he were optimistic. And at times he were pessimistic. Endzer was reforming though-- getting better. When his day came, Gantz made sure to be there an hour before visting & removal hours had begun. The two had apologized to one another, took the blame for what happened, and hugged-- all of that cliche' garbage. The two had made a pact-- to start over from the beginning. Nothing from the past would affect their future. It was time to get serious.

The newly-reformed duo, now getting back in the game, had begun the expansion of their charter. They'd conscripted THE BEST scientists, engineers, inventors, mechanics, tradesmen, philosophers, and managers to aid in the running of the company. They'd agreed that they'd loved war, it was needed, they could and would make a profit from it, and that they would ride this thing out until the end. It was at that moment, that they'd re-emerged from their ArmsTech ashes, anew. They were more than just a company-- Endzer and Gantz were a family, a tight-knit group of people who'd shared alike beliefs. It was then that the dynamic duo agreed to the umbrella term of "The Conglomerate" (Offically "Das Konglomerat" for Endzer and "Die Conglomeraat" for Gantz). Those within the group itself would spell it with a 'K', rather than the proper but outsider 'C'. Konglomerate would accept and implement a very heavy, rich, military tradition. Organising it's branches as follows...

1) Kong Grond Opdrag (Army)
2) Kong Naval Opdrag (Navy)
3) Kong Vlieg Opdrag (Air Force)
4) Kong Ambhibious Opdrag (Marine Corps)
5) Trade Coalition (Space Command/Intergalactic Military Branch)
6) Peacekeepers (Police Force - State of Emergency/Domestic Chaos)
7) Kong Logistikz (In times of total war this back-door branch breaks out the complete band-wagon of tactics. Specializing in Total Warfare-- especially tactics of an irregular or spacial nature.) This is a highly-effective military branch that can buffer the ensembles of any Kong military branch, or take on an entirely new one itself. Not to be over-used, abused, or taken lightly.

Conclusion Konglomerate is here to 'balance' everything, and everyone. They are not here to abolish war, but to ensure that there IS war. They understand many things most think they would not. They aren't fully good, nor fully evil. They rarely ever fully ally with anyone. They simply exist to earn a profit they only way they know how-- violence. They ARE loyal-- never will The Kong attack an ally out of the blue. But this loyalty doesn't make them good guys. They will usually take the losing side, or the side that will profit them the most. They do their jobs-- do 'em well. With perfection and dexterity, the complete the tasks that you'd payed them to do. They're money-loving gun-runners. Enjoying the ever-expansive competition that is the arms race.

Governing Style Democratic Martial Law - The military acts as the 'government', while the people still have 100% control of the laws that they want to be ratified.

Economic System Free-Market Enterprise/Capitalist

Territories:
Industrialia - The industrial hub of The Kong. It is a massive commerce for tradeswork, trade, merchantilsm, and industrial growth. This planet is basically one giant industrial 'neighborhood'

Militaria - The military hub of The Kong. It is a massive commerce for all military ensembles-- including foreign militaries, allied forces, and military pacts relating to any empiric nature. This planet is one giant 'military base', housing all branches of Kong's military. It acts as the first line of defense for Industralia, and of course...itself.

He's free to make his empire have their own currency, Rage.

Approved enthusiastically.
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

Approved, although they'll find stiff resistance if they are trying to become the most technologically advanced Organization. The Aralangs are high up there and the Archive are even higher, currently manipulating space and time. 8D
