A half an hour later, the two were seated in Benjamin's rough-hewn operations center. "First, how did you know I was the leader?" Benjamin quizzically asked, trying to keep his composure, but finding it difficult. The bed headed leader had sent Nosferatu out to send messages. This message wasn't as important as Nosferatu was normally troubled to deliver, But Benjamin wanted time alone with the girl, and the skulking Vuist would put a damper on that.
"You had the most powerful magical signature. It seemed obvious to me." Syra shrugged, her wings fluttering. "Now." She said, looking into his lilac eyes that reflected her own. "Tell me everything that happened." And, he did. He explained his death, the fall of Pax, the as of yet unexplained forming of Xap, the Temple and the new Telepitus facilities with them, his reincarnation, his conflict in Hell, the revival of the Paxans, and their current struggles. Syra soaked it in, her face showing intense concentration and a hint of unbelief. "So..." Benjamin said, concluding his report, "You have traveled far. Who can help us?" Syra's eye glazed over, and for a while she meditated on the question, before suddenly breaking her trance. "The Aralangs might help."
