The words of KiaB rang in Aria's ear still, even though he was not with her, and she knew it was true. The only way she could gain the power she wanted -- no, needed -- was to kill. To kill countless men, women, and children, some of which of higher power than herself. Her first target was simple. She would kill Ju Vasuta, who the Anrufe had been watching for many days, and anybody in her path on her way towards him.
Aria arrived at the gates of Japae, looking up at the guards who stood high above. "I must be allowed to enter Japae," she demanded.
