Empire Description: The empire began in the 1800s on Earth when Gallaghar was becoming 15 years old. He discovered the principles of magic then and cast a spell to draw other mages to himself.
By invoking a binding spell he bound them to his will and over the years, decades and milleniums, his power increased as did the number of those who serve him. Finally though he discovered Hikaru and K2323 and Kai were real threats to his power and decided they must be wiped out. By studying ancient texts he learned spells of great power and using those made a pocket dimension to serve as the home base of his empire. The bond can kill any of those who are dissidents or disloyal at all.
Similar to the outer verse it can only be accessed by magic, but a particular form of magic and only by those who are loyal to him. Later he decided he would become a dictator as he didn’t want any revolts or his people to be able to do anything he didn’t authorize and so he took a version of the bond, a magical connection he discovered but made it to where if they disobeyed any of his orders they would lose his protection and die instantly by his magic. Now he rules the empire but he is getting older and people inside it are plotting to have him eliminated from existence as he is becoming more of a threat to them.
Realizing this threat he acted quickly and cast a spell causing the pocket dimension to kill those who would fight him later on and so all the dissidents in his empire and all the revolters are now dead leaving only the loyalists behind. He is currently in the process of selecting an Arcane Apprentice from a world in order for him to become what he once was namely a magical master once more.
