Here he was strongest. Gallaghar's magic was boosted by the very air of this world. He had his non magic weapons including the guns and the rocket launcher to one side as he drew the runes that would summon Kai to him. One of the few Genesis Wielders in existence. If He couldn't get Hikaru to join his side or Kylexx, he would teach Kai all he knew, learn some Genesis Magic and use it to blow up the Anrufe once and for all as he was sick of them. Finally he finished the runes.  "Kai,  I call you forth to make a treaty. "

He was getting impatient waiting for Kai to arrive here.  He may not have the magical talent of K2323, but he still wielded the same type of magic and thus with the proper training Kai could be taught to act as the perfect apprentice to Gallaghar. He then opened his magic and connected it temporarily to the body of JT Star and used it to deliver a message to Kai urging him to come here if he wished to follow K2 while the trail was still hot.
