Training Mission : Quest for the Blades
« on: December 28, 2009, 10:27:40 PM »
Training was why Gallaghar had dragged Avidan out of bed at 5 Am sharp this morning in order to enable him to beat the rush hour on the planet Earth. He needed privacy if he was to teach Avidan everything he knew about magic. Both he and Avidan had teleported to Earth inside an Alley which he had used to perform his magic in without being noticed by anyone.  He had a purpose here. Find one of the legendary 7 blades for Avidan in hopes that Avidan could wield it and hopefully triumph over anything that his Negion attracted to him. At least that was what Gallaghar hoped to accomplish anyway.

Avidan then walked to the bank with a bag full of bars of silver he had conjured up using magic. His conjuring however was unnoticed. He then entered the bank. "I would like to open an account please." He radiated power.  Power stronger than that of Gallaghar.  Even a Human could sense that Avidan was someone you didn't want to mess with.  Not one word more was spoken by Avidan while he waited for the response.

Gallaghar knew he was obligated to contact the military about his return and so he decided he would contact them over the phone at the Rising Sun Hotel. Only a day had passed. He could surely get the room again. Why not? He would also pay for Avidan to have a room of his own.

"If we hear anything about you using magic in front of the public, we would have no choice but to take you guys away!" the military leader replied to Gallaghar.

Gallaghar "Oh don't worry. You won't hear it. No one will be able to see it.  I took some time off this world practicing something that should cloak all magic use by me or my apprentice unless we get too angry of course. "

He had entered the very same bank that Gallaghar had.

"Of course," the Bank Teller said, a bit scared, before taking the bag. "I just need your signature on this document," he said, handing him a small index card with a space on it for his signature. Meanwhile, the Bank Teller mashed a secret alarm that secretly contacted the police, for this man was very suspicious.

Avidan signed the thing and then handed it back. He had dimmed his magical signature.  Now you could no longer sense anything about Avidan if you were anyone besides a Sage of course and since the Bank Teller was clearly not a Sage, it would be useless to try and tell anything about Avidan anymore.  He then noticed his cops and said "What is the crime I have commited? I was simply doing some banking with real and fully purified Silver. Nothing wrong with the silver I use. "

Gallaghar noticed Cop Cars headed to the bank from the PayPhone he was at. Appropiate action was indeed needed for him to stop them from permanently jailing Avidan who was the only Negion wielder currently in existence. Something Gallaghar would have to remedy by having Avidan teach others the power of Negion once they got off this world as he needed all his sages to be able to use Negion at once. After all,  what good was Negion if you didn't have enough force behind it?

The Bank Teller told the cops to hold up and looked at Avidan suspiciously before exchanging his silver for money.

Avidan then waited and said "Now I am going to open a bank account here. After all,  no sense carrying around cash when there are so many criminals elsewhere that demand the attention of the cops. "  he said "Oh, and I will also take a debit card. "

The cops are armed with M16A4 rifles, and AR-15 rifles. They take cover behind the car doors, which are protected with bullet-proof armor. The front of the police car is facing the front entrance, giving the officers good cover from the doors. Some turned sideways with the doors closed to get more visibility cover, as well as protective cover from the closed doors. The officers are wearing bullet-proof vests. They also covered the other entrances to the bank, using the same tactic.

Avidan then holds his hands up willing to go quietly.  He wishes to avoid any scenes in public or anywhere else for that matter but he knows that Gallaghar will bail him out if he needs to be bailed out.

(IF the judge decides to allow bail.)
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

(Since it has been a while)

Avidan then teleported away using his magic. He teleported off of the planet.

Gallaghar was still in his alley however.  He decided it was time for him to leave this forsaken world and force his will on someone else when he got a telepathic message from Avidan about his failure. A failure? Well Gallaghar was in a forgiving mood today and so he personally would see to it that this failure be used to their advantage against the Anrufe, but how could he see to it? It would be easy for Gallaghar to simply unleash all his power against the anrufe, a tactic he knew would fail. No. This time he would play things nice and slow and get seasoned fighters. He needed people who could handle the strain of the war against the Anrufe and he knew the Stars had fought a bloody campaign against the anrufe nearly wiping them from existence. It took him a while but he finally decided that he would allow the stars to rest. There was no need to bring the dead into this yet. No. He would be self sufficient and allow the dead to stay asleep a while longer, but if his plan didn't work then he would revive the Stars. He chose his teleport destination to be Magimeta. He would go there first in order to prepare himself for what lie ahead in his future, namely a series of battles.
