After a couple of hours, the cockpit of Hand was stripped of it's dumb-AI system, replaced entirely by manual controls. William intended to lead the Xap Fleet into battle personally. His small crew assembled, including Mr. Jared. SALLY, the AI originally in charge of the Hand, has been kept completely functional in a box that could be accessed wirelessly, and William sent orders to her siblings, JACOB, NATHAN, and VERONICA.
William had noticed no odd behavior, and folded his fleet with the Fleet of Profound Solitude.
