Transport
« on: December 29, 2009, 04:42:18 PM »
Hiding in an Alley was a clone of Gallaghar that Gallaghar had created to visit an old friend on Earth. Namely Konjan.  He intended to ensure that Konjan would not be able to assist the Anrufe in any form whatsoever in order to assure his continued existence. If his creator no longer needed him then he would cease to exist and so he intended to prove his worth to his creator Gallaghar by simply going to Konjan and making him die if he tried to join the Anrufe which had annoyed his creator to no end already and it wasn't even noon yet.  He teleported to Konjan's island having been given the coordinates by Avidan earlier.  He then said "Is Konjan here?"

From out of the treeline that was the tropical forest on the island came a high magic signature being openly broadcasted leading towards Konjan's cabin.

The Gallaghar Copy walked towards Konjan's Cabin and when he saw Konjan  he said to him "The years have not been kind old friend.  However war is brewing yet again with the Anrufe still alive and well and I fear I will need your help to break one of their barriers. Are you up to one last adventure Konjan?"  asked Gallaghar through his copy.

Konjan had aged significantly. Since releasing his mortality, he had only grown older. He had retired a decade or so ago to the planet Earth, here on this former-K Empire planet. It was actually upon the entering of the XANACorian Dynasty to replace the K-Clan that the island really fell under Konjan's rule more so than it had been before, but Konjan had always led the project the K Empire had attempted on this planet: Introducing sages gradually to the general population of Earth.
"No, I'm afraid I'll be staying here," Konjan replied from his couch as he watched television.

"Then you leave me but one option. "   said the Gallaghar Clone.   He then said to Konjan "Since you no longer will be assisting do you mind if I take your magic away from you?"

"I do mine," Konjan said as a carrot began to fly towards him from his kitchen nook by use of magic.

A great force began to push Gallaghar towards the door. "Leave, please," Konjan ordered.

"You leave me no choice then. "  said the Gallaghar clone. "You were an old friend Konjan and for that I will be gentle when I do this.  Dnib Luos. " A tether formed between Konjan and this hut. "Now you can never leave Earth. "  "The spell I wove will wear off when the Anrufe are dead. You will not be immortal but once you die you will be unable to return to the mortal plane in addition. "

(Post is null. A spell powerful enough to so thoroughly bind a mage such as Konjan would take several posts to cast, and a good amount longer an incantation than three syllables.)
Seeing the world through a child's eyes is truly a unique experience. It helps you to retrieve that sense of awe, magic and wonder that you lost as you lost your innocence. Tell me, when was the last time that you thought of those childhood dreams? You know, the ones that you used to spend all your time wondering and fantasizing about? Have you forgotten them so easily? Have you forgotten what it felt like to see something for the first time, to see the magic in the mundane? Everyone says you should take the time to 'Stop and smell the roses'. But you should also take the time to look for the fairies, embrace the wind and enjoy the rain. Just once today, stop for a moment and look into that little piece of nature you pass everyday. Perhaps you may see something you did not notice before.

The Gallaghar Copy held out his hand glowing with blue and white energy and then pointed it at Konjan and began to chant several oaths in the ancient tongue of magic preparing to bind Konjan's soul the magical producing part of him to this hut until he died or the anrufe would die. "I shall be gentle. "  he said as he momentarily stopped to catch his breath. He then continued casting the spell that would bind Konjan untill the anrufe were dead or until Konjan died whichever would come first though Gallaghar would prefer the prior and not the latter.

Konjan teleported away before the spell could be complete.

How he hated Konjan now who could go to the Anrufe and become part of them and so the Gallaghar clone then left a very special web of magic behind before he too teleported away. A contentment web. It would content Konjan to remain in his obscure little hut for Eternity. Even his spirit wouldn't ascend until the Anrufe were dead or Gallaghar was.
